Thank you to my tour guide the lovely Greek John! He was on time and as a solo female made me feel very comfortable. My favorite part of the trip was the boat (get ready to get a bit wet but they do give a poncho) and the walk behind the falls was also amazing and great for photos! This was a full package so it was nice to have everything already included, and there was time for a quick lunch. The bus ride was comfortable and safe, a bit hot but it was REALLY HOT outside. We had phone chargers at the seat which was great! I can confidently recommend Queen Tour and John. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the few tours where you can view both the boat tour and Behind the Falls. Our guide Marion was a gem. Efficient, organized, funny and kind. Just sit back and enjoy the show. Well worth the money.

truly was a highlight on our 3-week trip to Canada, weather was perfect. the boat ride up to front of falls was worth the price. spent a full day there taking in nature and all its power and beauty

Niagara Falls is awe- inspiring. Our guide, Marian, with Queen Tour, made our experience at each activity, boat tour and journey behind the falls, enjoyable. No waiting in long lines. She was full of helpful tips to maximize our enjoyment and experience. Worth every penny!

Niagra Falls were amazing, but rushed due to earlier delays. Maple syrup tasting stop was a waste of time tbh. Very chaotic and rushed through the experience to meet again at the allocated time only to find that the coach was not in the car park. We then spent 15 minutes waiting for it to return.

You will get wet, and if you, like us, travel on a hot, humid day, you will welcome the mist. We were picked up at a close location, driven from Toronto to Niagara in a comfy air-controlled bus to Niagara, and treated to Lina's happy, upbeat guiding as she drove. We made a few stops along the way for maple and chocolate tasting, a bit of shopping, and viewing the power that is the Niagara Falls. This day culminated in our adventure of traveling behind, below, besides, and by boat around the wonders of the Niagara Falls. This was a blast. And boy did we get wet.

Brilliant day taking in the Niagara Falls, boat cruise, journey behind the falls and the Skylon tower (added on the day). The views from the tower are a must.
The stop offs were a welcome treat to stretch our legs.
Finally to mention our guide John. He couldn’t do enough to help to ensure we all had a good day. His instructions were clear, his knowledge was immense. He kept to the time schedule throughout the day meaning all went smoothly.
The only hiccup was the traffic on the return journey meant we arrived a little later than anticipated. Better that than setting off back early and missing part of the trip.

More than we expected! We went up close, above and behind the falls. Every view was spectacular. Glen, our tour guide and driver was very organized and informative. We had a really good time. Enough time for a lunch break and pictures. Just perfect!

Wonderful experience! The falls from the Canadian side are breathtaking. The tour options enhanced the experience. Cathie was our tour guide—very knowledgeable and engaging. The bus ride there and back was very relaxing and hassle free with a driver who skillfully navigated the Toronto traffic. Highly recommend!

They provide detailed descriptions of what to expect and then match that experience. Which is a great one. Do the boat and behind the falls while you're there to make it worth it.

Seeing Niagara Falla is surely an experience not to be missed.
Our guide, Cari, was very informative about the history of Canada and with data about the falls itself.
One of our party was handicapped and Cari was very helpful to her.
The cruise on the boat to the falls was a once in a lifetime experience. Totally exhilarating!
My only negative, is the "journey behind the falls" was somewhat of a letdown. You walk down one dark hall for a SMALL opening to see rushing water. Maybe it was my expectation, but I thought you could walk behind for some distance.
Overall, a good experience.

It’s a very long day so bring water and snacks. You WILL get wet even with the supplied ponchos so wear the right shoes. Might even pack a small towel. Tracy and Chris were efficient and helpful. There is plenty of free time for shopping and eating as well.

On time at pick up, great driver Kaleb, funny and goes out of his way for you.
The Niagara falls was hit by a storm the dance went but nevertheless we enjoyed a fantastic trip.

Kaleb was our driver and he was very professional. We have some difficult people on our tour who kept talking loudly, standing up, complaining it was cold and wanting to be dropped off at places not on the itinerary. He handled it very well!

We booked our tickets via Viator a few weeks in advance. Two days before the tour, we changed the pickup location. Unfortunately, this didn’t sync up with the drivers, so when the bus arrived, our name wasn’t on the list and there wasn’t enough room for us. That said, they were very accommodating and sent another bus to pick us up within 10 minutes. Andrew was our tour guide and very knowledgeable and fun! Plan for about 2 hours on the bus each way. We didn’t see the floral clock as stated in the itinerary, but we didn’t mind. The Hornblower Boat Cruise was awesome! Journey Behind the Falls wasn’t spectacular, but now we can say we’ve done it. Lunch wasn’t great, definitely overpriced ($10 for a slice of pizza), but worth it since it’s really the only opportunity to grab a quick bite. Overall, this was a great tour and totally worth the price. I definitely recommend it!

Kaleb was the “king” of our tour. He had a wealth of knowledge about the GTA and the falls. Kaleb was great about getting us to our destinations and making sure we didn’t get lost or put our ponchos on too early. Would definitely recommend this tour.

You will get wet!! But it is worth it to see and experience Niagra Falls up close. Andrew (Homer Simpson) our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the day very enjoyable.

Some people turned up 20 minutes late - rude! Behind the falls not a good experience. Trip on Hornblower was enjoyable.
