This was a very nice tour for visiting Niagara Falls for the first time. Hassle free and Saresh did a nice job giving the history of cities we drove through. Journey Behind the Falls and Boat Ride were great ways to get up close to the falls. And you’ll definitely get wet!

Everything about this tour was phenomenal. Pickup location was only a 7 minute walk from my hotel and easy to find. Lina was an amazing tour guide. Niagara Falls was beautiful and a memory I will forever cherish.

Thank you to my tour guide the lovely Greek John! He was on time and as a solo female made me feel very comfortable. My favorite part of the trip was the boat (get ready to get a bit wet but they do give a poncho) and the walk behind the falls was also amazing and great for photos! This was a full package so it was nice to have everything already included, and there was time for a quick lunch. The bus ride was comfortable and safe, a bit hot but it was REALLY HOT outside. We had phone chargers at the seat which was great! I can confidently recommend Queen Tour and John. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very enjoyable tour with Andrew

We totally enjoyed this excursion! Andrew is an excellent guide. His instructions to the group were always clear, and he stuck to the timetable. Of the various stops along the way, the only one we probably would skip would be “Behind the Falls.” After we had been on the Hornblower (boat) skirting the foot of the falls, “Behind the Falls” was a bit anti-climactic. (Of course this is no reflection on Andrew.) Andrew is a good driver, knowledgable about the area and easy to understand.

Andrew, our driver was very friendly and provided a good narrative.. I would suggest he describe a interesting situation prior to reaching it. He was very prompt and we would take this trip with him again. Water provided was nice, although a cup holder would be a plus

I was given details about the pickup spot, but the details didn't mention that multiple tour buses also picked up there and that we should be careful about getting on the right bus. It was my fault for not checking for a "QUEEN" sign on the front, but when a bus arrived we just moved with the herd. That tour guide called my husband's name (he was calling first names only) so we got on that bus. A few minutes later we were told we were on the wrong bus, so we hustled over to the correct Queen bus. Perhaps because we were then a few minutes late, we missed some of the details the tour guide had already given, so it was confusing when she said that some people had not booked any tours. I didn't realize the bus contained passengers with different itineraries, but eventually we figured it out. The drive to the Falls was fine and uneventful. This was a Friday, and our guide said that Fridays are best for traffic. Our guide also kept encouraging people to purchase the tours, that it would be a shame to come all that way and not go on any tours. There was a trio of passengers who didn't book any tours, and she seemed almost like she was shaming them. I found this to be really "sales-y" and it was a turn off. The combination of the Journey Behind the Falls and the Boat trip were great. In hindsight I wish we had done the Tower for more perspective on the Falls and where all that water comes from. I had hoped to learn more about the Falls from our guide in order to tie everything together, but she was really just a driver, and she did a great job getting us to our destinations without issue. The ride home took 2.5 hours. At this point, the bus was hot with direct sun coming through the big windows. I recommend sitting on the passenger side of the bus so the afternoon sun doesn't hit you on the drive back. We were in the very back row which was fine for an hour or so, but after 2.5 hours it was very cramped, and my husband and I are relatively small people. (I had even sought assurance via chat before booking the tour that the vehicle would not be cramped, and they assured me it was a luxury-type vehicle and not cramped, which it was not.) Later, we realized we spent about the same amount of time on the road as we did at the Falls. I know this isn't the fault of the tour company, but just something to keep in mind for this type of day tour from Toronto. Overall it was worth the price and we saw what we needed to see. Aside from our initial boarding issue, and the cramped space in the back of the van that didn't agree with my 60-year-old knees, all worked out fine.

While it was great , there is a real disconnect between the pick up spot and when you come out of the journey behind the falls. You return back to the shop with many exists and little time to find exactly where you should get out to meet the bus . Lots of traffic and bus parked in different area to where stated

The coach bus was very comfortable and Leo was great. He had lots of information and has a great sense of humor. I would skip the tour behind the falls and go to the Tesla Museum. The boat ride is a must do!!

Unbelievable Views and Experience! Just do it!

Just do it! Great trip to the beautiful Niagara Falls. We had a wonderful tour guide Salvador! He was very informative and kept us all on schedule. We went to the Journey Under the Falls which we enjoyed and then we went on the Hornblower Cruise which was amazing!! Yes you will get drenched but the views are unbelievable! It lasts just 20 minutes but is unforgettable! Then we headed to Skylon Tower. My husband and I were second guessing the decision to go to the tower until we got to the observation deck. It gives you the aerial view of the whole area and we were so happy we went. Awe inspiring view! Our photos look like professional post cards! We had a great trip! We went during the day so the traffic going wasn’t too bad, but it was a beast coming back. Just be prepared, there is nothing that you can do about it. My only complaint was that the bus could have been more comfortable and I was happy that I brought my travel pillow with me. It was a full 9 hour day but worth it!

Uncomfortable transfer but a good trip once at Niagara

We were on a full small coach, the two seats at the back of the vehicle have wheel arches so very limited space for your legs and very uncomfortable for a 90 minute journey for an adult. It’s a shame the transfer company thought this was OK. The trip other than the transfer was very good.

John our guide was knowledgeable on the area and gave good tips on how to make the most of the tour. However make sure you double check with him the time to be back at the bus. He told my wife and I the time as we exited the bus. Which we noted but we received a call 15min prior to departure that they were waiting for us! Other than that it was an enjoyable day and would recommend this tour.

We spent a great day with our driver Andrew, who shared a lot of stories and fun facts about Toronto, Niagara and Canada in general. He went more than the extra mile to help us getting to the boat as my wife is claustrophobic and could just simply use the elevator. It was a lot of fun during the whole day and seing the falls is just amazing! It highly recommend this tour

We took the day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls, with skip the line tickets to Journey Behind The Falls and the Hornblower Boat Ride (formerly known as Maid of the Mist). Our tour guide John was incredible throughout - his knowledge and fondness of the areas he took us through was evident, and he kept us moving from place to place so that we could see everything we wanted to without ever feeling rushed. (And those skip-the-line tickets are fantastic; we spent so little time waiting in lines for things.)

The driver we had was not knowledgeable about the area and provided little information about Niagara on the drive. It was his first day on the job and it showed. He played the radio for the whole drive and mumbled into his mic when he needed to talk to us. He was not a licensed tour guide but rather a driver earning extra money. The van they sent felt like it was falling apart. I was on bus 4 on May 30.
