The day tour was seamlessly executed, with our driver demonstrating impressive knowledge of every site we visited. For those wondering why this package is priced higher than others — it’s because it includes a helicopter ride and a three-course meal at the top of the Skylon Tower, which was not clearly mentioned on the Viator website. We originally chose it for the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off, only to discover on the day that a helicopter ride was also part of the deal. A wonderful surprise. Safe to say, we experienced the Falls in every possible way — and it was worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone willing to invest in a truly unforgettable experience.

Highly recommend, we did Skylon Tower, Journey behind the falls and the boat ride! It was an awesome day. Our driver Ryan picked us up bright and early where we were staying in downtown Toronto and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to throughout the day!

It’s a full and fun day. The guide was very knowledgeable about the Falls and also Toronto. He was a good driver and the van was clean. We had a wheelchair and there should have been a step stool . It was difficult getting in and out. A steep stool would have made it much easier. Also the driver should not talk politics!!

Ryan was a very nice and accommodating guide and driver and knowledgeable about Toronto and Niagara areas. Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you want to do a day trip outside of Toronto but don’t want to mess with renting a car.

This was a great tour that took us from Toronto to the Niagara falls. Ansar was our guide: he was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was very well organised, with visits to the Skylon tower, behind the falls before we got to the "Maid of the Mist" boat ride, which was spectacular. Ansar gave good advice about what to wear and where to go on the boat for best views and least wetness! This was a great day out.

The attractions at Niagara Falls and tour guide were excellent, but the van was dirty and the lunch stop location was terrible.

Saw the Falls from every angle. Great views from the Skyline Tower, got close up behind the falls & the iconic boat ride.
Small size group & reduced waiting times gave us plenty of time at each stop.
Guide/driver was very informative.
A complete Niagara Falls Experience in one day.

Small tour group was great. Packed a lot of activities in a short time. I wish we had an extra hour to explore the town but do understand. It was nice to move to from of line with provided tickets.

We enjoyed the overall experience--far superior to what a group tour would have been, though not luxe. It would have been hard if we had had to purchase tickets to all the attractions ourselves and figure out the order in which to visit them. This tour is perfect for a group of up to 7 people, but may be a little awkward if you're traveling solo and are shy. Our driver/guide was pleasant but not the greatest driver--hands should be at 10 and 2 on the wheel, not 8 and 4! She allotted too much time for us at the behind-the-falls attraction, which could have been used to do something else, like the aero car over the whirlpool. And the Mercedes van was a little dirty inside, with bad shock absorbers and squeaky breaks. But it was a lot of fun, and the falls are magnificent.

We had a great day! Our driver came to the hotel and picked us up. On the way there he gave us information about all the other places we drove through…he was very knowledgeable and friendly and so it made the whole experience even more memorable. The falls were absolutely stunning and we did go through the tunnels, the view from the sky tower and we finished with the boat ride…managed to get wet and feel the joy of the whole experience. Our guide was very flexible and let us take our time seeing these places. I would definitely go back again.

Fantastic day with an our knowledgeable and friendly driver/ guide Amar. Skylon tower, Behind the falls & Hornblower boat trip were all great and made better by skipping the queues. Maple syrup tasting and visits to lesser signs were a bonus. Would highly recommend.

If your Operator is TripShepherd, AVOID THIS TOUR!
While waiting to be picked up at the hotel lobby, 15 minutes before the pickup time, the driver texted saying he would be 1 hour late. We then went to get breakfast and in the middle of breakfast, got another text saying to meet them right away. After trying to persuade us, I had to yell at them to honor the new pick up time.
The driver was nice but 1. He admitted the was partying last night and that’s why he didn’t wake up on time (nervous at that moment), and 2. Drove like he was on a formula one race (worried we were going to crash at any moment). When in Niagara he rushed us through all the attractions (because of how late he was) and left us early for another driver to take us back to Toronto (even though he said we were staying later to make up for the late pick up).
The second driver back to Toronto (called Precious) drove like a maniac and was falling asleep. Had to talk to him to wake him up once and when we hit traffic jams, he started getting desperate and started driving even worse!
BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NIAGARA ON YOUR OWN OR WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. TRIPSHEPHERD, THE TOUR OPERATOR COMPANY, WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT!
