Niagara experience must be in your bucket list, comfy travel & decent travel but a lot of extras listed in the itinerary are pretty average, but the Niagara falls is pretty amazing. View behind the falls is worth to watch

Felix was an outstanding guide who truly went above and beyond. Because we were ahead of schedule, he personalized the itinerary to show us hidden gems we otherwise would have missed. His deep knowledge of Niagara Falls was matched only by his entertaining storytelling, making the entire trip incredibly enjoyable. I went on the all day Niagara Falls, Journey Behind the Falls, Boat tours and Skyland Tower.
The tour was great. The guide was very informative and kind.
The only concern I had is I feel missed out on a key part that I wanted to do was the tower. According to the itinerary it stated the tower was at the end. It was number 6. But we didn’t end up going there. We ended up in a town that we could walk around in. Now as nice as this town was we were here for over an hour and I would have preferred to have gone to the tower.
I am not sure why we didn’t end up going there but I was a bit disappointed when we were on our way back with no mention of the tower.
I am thinking when we were at the boat excursion that is when we should have gone to the tower if we wanted. But this was not conveyed that was when we were to do this. Or where the tower was accessible. I did not question it at the time as according to the itinerary we had not gotten to it yet so I figured we were still going there. So I didn’t question why he didn’t mention it there. It never crossed my mind.
When we were told we were heading back it would have been too late to question why we missed the tower as there would not have been time to go to it.
So in the future for other people attending it would be nice for other people that it was clear at each stop what we can do there.
The other concern I have is we went to the maple tasting. It was amazing. The chocolate was amazing. I wanted to purchase something as we were given a discount but however there was no way for anyone to purchase anything as there was no time to stand in the long line. I was quite saddled I was unable to purchase some chocolate and syrup. So maybe take this into account and possibly have the shop if they are giving us a discount to have more staff on or a line itself for tour bus. Because for the shop to give us a discount that we can’t use is a false gift.

A great day. Fantastic guide.
It didn't start too good, contacted the tour operator to make sure of the meeting point, Sheraton hotel. They said outside main reception. However got a phone call, from the driver wondering where we were. It turned out he was waiting on a side door entrance . So glad he phoned. Wouldn't want to have to missed the tour.
Seeing the Niagara Falls is definitely a must. Book it

Tour was really good, the tour guide was friendly but the only thing I think could improve is the time in each stop, you gotta do everything in a hurry cause 15 minutes in a winery you can barely finish the tasting it should be at least an hour, comes back to Toronto before 17h so there was plenty of time in the day still that was badly distributed.

Overall this was a good trip; however, I paid double on Viator than what is being charged on Get Your Guide which seems suspect. Also, our guide got our tickets for Skylon and charged more than what the window price was, also very questionable. The winery stop was very disappointing, small tasting of something similar to Baileys and then just stood around for 20+ minutes. Our guide also used their phone while driving which was shocking. Definitely do not book on Viator because of the price disparity.

It was a great & full day. So nice to relax and be driven to these wonderful spots. The driver was very knowledgeable about history, recommendations & information on sights. We had plenty of time at Niagara. Would have liked more time at Niagara on the Lake. Also enjoyed the maple syrup store.
Difficulty finding the driver in the morning, the instruction said the main doors but the bus was at the side doors. I called the number listed and received assistance. Also at the end of the long day, the driver wanted to tell 1 more story which I didn't mind but tell it while we are driving home!

I booked two tours down to Niagara with Viator and this one with Kings Tours was by far the best. Sam our guide sent a message with an estimated time of arrival around half an hour before the pick up time. Sam was very knowledgeable and pointed out lots of different things throughout the tour and was willing to take lots of photos. The bus was comfortable and there was plenty bottles of water supplied. With my booking I took the option of no add ons this ment we could decide what we wanted to do once we arrived. Thank you for a great day out Sam.

This was an amazing opportunity which was well put together. There was enough time to do everything and there was plenty of opportunity to see the falls. The driver was very knowledgeable and funny which added to the experience. It is definitely worth the money to do this tour with the boat trip added. Going to Niagara-on-the-lake was an added bonus!

We really enjoyed our trip to Niagara! Seeing the Falls close up was amazing. Our driver, Eli, kept us informed and amused. A late passenger meant we got extra trip up to Table Rock to look for her! She seemed less than apologetic on her return, but hopefully provided a big tip!
Best bit of the trip is Niagara Falls, the additional stop at Niagara-on-the-lake was nice, but more time at Niagara Falls itself would give time to do more there.

Eli, the tour guide was hilarious! He kept us entertained, and I’m glad I was able to do the Behind the Falls activity. I didn’t do the boat, and I don’t think it would be possible to do both activities due to time constraints. I would rather have not spent so much time in the small town. I was blown away by the diversity of our group, and I loved the wide selection of music while we rode the bus.

Pros: great tour! I like the air conditioned Coach bus; it was very comfortable. The guide was kind.
Cons: it seemed as if everyone was confused the day of the tour. I was told we would be picked up at the hotel which turned out to be untrue. Also, it was difficult to understand the guide at times. Lastly, they dropped off passengers at odd places; you can't take me back to my hotel but you can drop someone off on the side of the road practically?

Firstly a big thank you to operator King's group.
I have made a mistake booking on viator I wasn't able to change the booking on viator however the operator changed the booking to my desired day without any charges.
The tour itself was pretty much exactly as described. Plan your time wisely at the falls as 3 hours may sound long but pass quite fast when taking photos and stopping for a bite.
We felt like some stops we could have done without and spend more time at the falls.
The bus was clean and had WiFI aswell as an USB charging port.
Better get comfortable as traffic in and around Toronto gets very busy

I went on the trip with my family and this is my thoughts on the booking. Firstly, sit on the RIGHT side of the bus, if you want to take photos. Moat of the scenery will be on the right side. They picked us up promptly from our hotel. It's very convenient and the staff were friendly. The bus is equipped with a restroom, reclining seats, cupholders, USB charging ports, overhead storage for baggage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. They're considerate if you should carry your food on to eat, just ensure to carry the garbage off. If you want the Wi-Fi, you have to request it from the driver. I believe ours only worked for 2/4 of the journey but nevertheless it was appreciated.
Our first stop was at the maple leaf factory. Definitely try the maple syrup tasting! There's not enough time to do much in 15 minutes as you'd think but maximize as much as you can. Souvenirs like keychains etc you will see again on your journey at different stops so just focus on the maple related things. We purchases the maple butter cookies and they were very good.
The next stop was niagara falls and we pre-purchased our skylon tower tickets on viator as well but the bus operator will sell them as well for $20. I enjoyed the skylon tower trip the most. It's very worth trying if you want an aerial view of the falls. We didn't do the hornblower ride because we didn't want to get wet in the cold weather but that was a popular thing as well. The boat leaves every 15-30 minutes. After skylon we walked along the falls and went to clifton hill to get food and it was just in time for to meet the bus. Our next stop was on top of the Canadian fall side where you spend 10 minutes or so. Then they take you to the whirlpool for another 10 minutes. You don't actually stop at the floral clock, it's more of like a 1 minute tour to take pictures from but they do accommodate those who want to get out to take a photo but you have to be quick. The final stop was niagara on the lake, and we went to Cow's, which is a must when you go to Canada. There's many stores selling souvenirs and shirts so you can maximize on those as well. Afterwards we headed back to Toronto and most were dropped near to their hotels and we were dropped directly in front.
Overall i would say this was worth the price to book. Only downside was how short everything seemed. If i were to go back i would love to stay nearer to the falls to enjoy more things but if you're only in Toronto for a short time, definitely do this tour or even one that includes the evening as well.
