This was an awesome experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and funny. I was worried about going to Niagara Falls in December because of the cold. It was a beautiful experience in winter. I enjoyed the Journey behind the Falls and the boat tour next to the falls. I even had time to stop at the Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls and get a t shirt! Highly recommend this tour!

Great immersive tour with boat tour included. We also did have the option to add the Journey behind the falls option and the tower. You will get wet but that’s part of the fun.

They will sell you tickets to the boat, behind the falls and tower but they are more expensive than if you bought them yourself. But you have to buy through them so you can go with group or not go.

Came to Toronto for the first time and was very excited about the Niagara tour. The options Viator had available were great and it was helpful to read the reviews from others to decide which one we wanted to do. We were a group of 4 and decided on the standard bus tour that included the horn blower boat. We stayed in Toronto and traveled via public transportation to the pick up spot, which was relatively easy. Our tour guide, along with another who drove a different bus were both very friendly and helpful. We got to do the syrup tasting, grab a quick bite and get nice photos before heading to the falls. The boat was a great experience and we used the rest of the hours we had to explore local food options away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area. Would recommend this company to anyone traveling to the falls!

Haroon was our tour guide and he was a blast. He picked us up early at the meeting spot and checked us all in quickly and smoothly. We drove around Toronto and saw the floral clock which was cool, stopped at the maple leaf center to try a maple syrup flight which was delicious. My husband enjoyed it so much he wants to exclusively use Canadian syrup for all his syrup needs going forward haha. We kept going to the falls which was good. Nice smooth ride. Took in the gorgeous sight. We only bought the basic tour, no attractions, so we didn’t get the chance to do beyond the falls, the boat, or the skylon tower (though you have the opportunity to buy those tickets on the bus if you change your mind), but we had a lot of fun all the same. We shopped, and went to the arcade on the strip while everyone else was on the boat, and then we talked to Haroon while the others were in the tower. The whole day flew by, so for anyone looking for a fun tour of Niagara Falls with transportation to and from Toronto, I highly recommend this one, especially with Haroon as your tour guide, he’s friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable, you can’t go wrong.

We had a terrible experience. First thing was the actual coach, not sure I’ve ever gone on a trip on a coach that seems so old. Next thing was being told would be no commentary on coach as there had been a break in and audio equipment stolen so couldn’t speak. First stop was whirlpool and got off coach and had a look. Next stop was maple tasting (without guide again) lasted about 2 minutes and then had to go through an expensive gift shop and told we needed to eat here. Must have been the world’s worst food court. Even with a 10% discount voucher it was still over priced and not the greatest food, but was told their was no this was the best option for timing. Next stop was Niagara Falls. The advertised free time of 3 hours is only if you do none of the activities. So if you did all 3 activities you get no free time in Niagara. No guided tour part, you are literally given a ticket to that activity and join the queue so no skip the line. If not doing that activity you need to get back to the spot people are dropped off at to do the activity. On the journey back you are told you can have a free mug if you show the driver (wouldn’t describe them as a tour guide) if you show them a screenshot of a review of the trip. I would totally advise to get the Flix bus from Toronto to Niagara Falls and you can just do activities at your own leisure and travel on a modern clean coach at a fraction of the price. Please feel free to look at the amount of other reviews I have previously left to show how genuine I am. Ps loads of gift shops in Toronto have better mugs on offer.

On average, our company has the youngest fleet in comparison to several operators.
That said, we’d like to clarify that our tours are designed to offer the best value for money. You are provided skip-the-line tickets for attractions. The package includes transportation directly to Niagara Falls, licensed tour guide services, and stopovers at several scenic and complimentary tasting tour—something alternatives operators like the one you’ve named, do not provide. In fact, they drops passengers over 25 minutes away from the falls, often requiring extra time, cost, and planning to reach key attractions.
We always aim to balance convenience, comfort, and cost, and we’re sorry this wasn’t reflected in your experience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we thank you for taking the time to share it.

When looking to book a trip from Toronto to Niagara it was difficult to pick due to the amount of tours. I’m delighted that we choose this one. Tiring but you get to do three major Niagara Falls experiences (and one small side quest) without the hassle of booking, waiting in long lines, or driving: Journey Behind the Falls, Maiden of the Mistboat ride, the Skylon tower, and the Whirlpool Rapids. Rahoon was our tour guide and he was kind, humorous, and kept us to a tight but easy schedule. Bring extra cash for tipping your tour guide!
