Our experience was awesome!! Haroon was great , informative , and guided us every step of the way. We did the journey behind the falls tour, Niagara Falls boat tour, and the Skylon tower tour. We were able to skip the lines and he brought all of us our tickets for every tour. We stopped to see the floral clock , whirlpool, and taste maple syrup and chocolate. We had plenty of stops to get snacks, gift shop, and use the rest room if needed. I went with my 79 year Mother -+2 kids and they were very accommodating to any of her needs. We got some great pics from all the spots!

The guide is good however time enforcement is not great. Many travelers did not honor the time given, we ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes for one of the stops after the assigned time. It is frustrating that you kept waiting for those people. To be fair we need to make sure everyone is respectful of others’ time.

It is always a difficult balancing act for our guides when guests are late. If we leave them behind, we are often criticized for abandoning travelers; if we wait, it unfairly impacts respectful guests like yourself. We truly try our best to manage these situations, but unfortunately, we cannot always control the inconsiderate actions of individuals.

Dress according to the weather . Prepare for nonstop fun. The views are breathtaking. You don't want to leave. The people are friendly and Shaad is exceptional.

Lovely tour! Was a full day of activities and well organized. Lots of time for exploring together as a group and individually! Glad we had skip the line access as well, and our tour guide Kumar was fantastic! He answered all our questions, was humorous, and knowledgeable about all the landmarks! 10/10 experience with Kumar! Will be recommending this tour to friends and family :)

An absolutely stunning experience that we will treasure
Bus comfortable plenty of leg room
Do leave plenty of time to get to the meeting point as the traffic was horrendous from out of town
Not the season for the floral clock to be in full bloom in June but a great start and it continues in hourly blocks with plenty of time for toilet breaks and additional experiences that he communicates well - the cable car was worth paying the extra for sure
Take in the advice about footwear and appropriate clothes whilst the poncho’s did keep some of the water off we were still soaked through in both experiences but it’s all part of the experience to enjoy the sights and there was lots of time dry off after the boat tour with a nice cold beer
Would definitely recommend them and plenty of people on the VicG who hadn’t paid for alll experiences had plenty of opportunities to buy tickets off Harroon at each stop

I was able to communicate directly to Haroon about being stuck in traffic and he made it very easy to be reassured all would work out well , we even beat him in the end as he was stuck in the same traffic hell so bravo to him

Excellent tour, jam packed day. Highly recommend as you see all the attractions, bus drops you off at the door for each of them. Nice addition of the maple syrup and chocolate tasting on the way too.

The base rate includes only transport to Niagara Falls and a full day at your own pace unless you’d like to add excursions that are listed on the package. It included some vista stops along the way with a few hours at Niagara Falls proper. We opted for the full inclusion with the journey to the falls and the sky deck tower, our host Haroon was great. The views are beautiful, and the entire experience was very seamless and stress free. :)

Recommend standing at the front of the boat on the lower floor if you want a shower - bring some shampoo and soap

It’s a very well organized tour. I would recommend all inclusive option coz Journey behind the falls and voyage to the falls is something everyone must experience. Overall we had a great time. Bus was comfortable and our guide Haroon was very friendly and helpful.

Our guide Haroon was wonderful, funny, and a great driver and guide throughout the day. We pre-purchased a boat tour with our tickets and had no heads up that the boat tours weren't yet open (they open May 1 in Canada, even though the US boats were in the water already).
They provided a substitute activity in Niagara parks but we weren't that interested in it. So we didn't feel like we got exactly what we paid for, but it was still wonderful to see the falls. It's a small bus (very bumpy, be warned!), which made for a nice small group.
