Observation deck is the highlight and should not be missed, many picture taking opportunities specially on cruise, from top of horse shoe, don't miss the rainbow in the afternoon to enhance your pictures, it's better to eat at Niagara falls area as at Maple leaf it a bit hurried, Also look at other activities including boat ride on rapids it's great

Tour guide Shahz was incredibly patient with the other tour passengers who never came back to the bus at the agreed time. Credit to Shahz for being nicer than I would be. First stop was the flower clock. Don't use the toilets there. Honestly might be some of the worst smelling toilets I've come across in my travels. Then a drop in at the rapids then time at the main attraction, the falls. Final stop on the way home for those that purchased the additional activity. Then a straight drive home. Sound system in the van needs to be updated so we can hear the guide :) .

Great 1 day tour from toronto, it covers the main spots in niagara.
Pick up from hotels near airport was provided, just not every hotel.
Initial currency setting is in USD not CAD, so make sure to check.
Tickets for attractions may be cheaper to buy onsite.

Haroon was a great Tour guide. We went to Niagra Falls, NY which was nice , however Canadian Niagra Falls has more to offer as far as things to do. No matter which side Niagra Falls is beautiful.

great day at niagara falls. our original flight got cancelled due to the global IT bug and we weren’t gonna make it to our original tour. it was no hassle to reschedule with the tour operator. our guide shaz was friendly and knowledgeable. picked us up on time and drove us back home safely. plenty of time to explore the area on ur own after each stop.

The whole trip was such an amazing experience for me. The tour guide gave full information of what the day’s trip involved and time to ask questions if unsure about any part of the trip.
During the drive the tour guide continued to give information while we passed any places of interest.
On arrival we got into groups and explored our surroundings. The tour guide went out of his way to ensure everyone was comfortable in a respectful and professional manner.
I enjoyed the boat cruise most, it was just amazing!!

The excursion from the Toronto Airport hotel was not what we expected. It was peppered to be airport hotel pickups but it turned into an extra 1.5 hours going into downtown Toronto and picking up passengers from multiple hotels in the city. The long drive to Niagara Falls was disappointing as we were expecting to hear interesting tidbits about the area and its history.
The bus drive to the falls was smooth and efficient, but that is all we got was transportation…. No additional information. The drop off and pick up went smoothly and there was a nominal feedback on the Falls and a few additional tidbits spoken at a fast rate making it difficult to understand. Note: I state that it was nominal as I did a tour several years ago at which our guide shared a wealth of information that he shared with the tourists, making it very interesting. This was not the case with this tour. The guide was nice and helpful but boring and the ride back to the hotel was uneventful.
I recommend this tour only as a means to be transported from Toronto to Niagara Falls and back.

We are the only operator who even picks up people from Airport Hotels.
In your tour overview it clearly mentions you will be a joining a bus from Toronto downtown, we picked you first because you are located outside the city. It's 30 minutes drive to Toronto to Starbucks where majority of the group is waiting.
Secondly the drive from Toronto to Niagara falls is almost 2 hours. We are Niagara falls tour guides not Toronto city guides ( you can book separate Toronto tour for information on Toronto). The guides will speak about Niagara falls onces you get there so of course he won't be talking about Toronto on the way.
All our guides are trained to speak and info you about attractions you are visiting. If you had any questions you should have asked him instead of saying he didn't not provide you with any information.
We are sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us from Airport. I would recommend you book 2 separate tours next time . One for Toronto city and second Niagara falls tour from Toronto downtown.

You cancelled your tour while being on the bus, and when the driver asked you to leave the bus, you called customer service to complain. In the end, you got your money back and basically did the tour for free. We are very disappointed with your antics, but hopefully you enjoyed your day and your stay in Canada.

The Niagara Falls must be seen to be believed. It's the best thing to do on a long-ish layover in Toronto (allow 9am-7pm to complete the tour and be returned to you pick up spot in the morning) Airlink tour was impeccably organized
