The vehicle will be parked directly in front of your hotel entrance or residential curb for easy boarding. Security Check: For your safety and privacy, your chauffeur will personally greet you and verify your name and booking details before you enter the vehicle. White-Glove Service: Throughout the day, your chauffeur will act as your personal concierge. You are welcome to leave your shopping bags, coats, or personal items securely inside the SUV while you explore the Falls or wineries. Your driver will remain with the vehicle to ensure your belongings are safe and the cabin is kept at your preferred temperature.

We had an excellent time doing the Niagara tour. We had two young children and this is where the private tour really is so useful as we didnt feel rushed, could do every thing in our time. We had an excellent guide in Kaleb who was kind, friendly, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept us entertained with his historical knowledge throughout the trip. He was able to skip the lines in many areas like the boat ride and journey under the falls. It was an excellent detailed tour and we had a brilliant time. Thanks Kaleb! Highly recommended.

Perfect day. We followed our itinerary without hassle. Driver was professional and friendly. Please ask your driver what time you should leave due to traffic back to Toronto. This will save everyone time and frustration. We felt sorry for everyone who was stuck in traffic, but we listen to our driver and had a timely trip back

Not worth the price!!! Although very convenient to have transport at your beck and call, the driver, even though hospitable and kind, got lost three times and almost sideswiped 4 different vehicles both to and from the event. It states experienced tour guide….not at all.

The tour was quited as being led by an experienced tour guide. This guy was NOT a guide in any sense. He was a driver. He knew how to get from point a to point b. He barely spoke English, and did not know a thing about popular sites including salmon tower. For a niagara tour a 'guide' that has never been to salmon tower is NOT A GUIDE.
