I had an amazing experience taking photos with Marvin while celebrating my birthday in Tokyo. He helped me capture some really special moments from my trip, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making the experience enjoyable.
Marvin was very friendly, easy to work with, and made the entire photoshoot feel relaxed and fun. We took a lot of great photos, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

Marvin was super quick and efficient with his shots. He definitely knew the ins and outs of tokyo/ and angles for shibuya crossing. He immediately makes you feel comfortable like a friend and overall it was a super fun photoshoot. I’d recommend him 10/10 and he never gives raw photos so expect them to look spectacular. My now husband and I have been dreaming of taking an international trip to Tokyo for our honeymoon for years, and it finally happened! Because I love photos and because I’m not a huge fan of the selfie, I thought it would be worthwhile to find a local photographer to document some of our time together in Tokyo.
Marvin was the best and we’d highly recommend him to anyone else looking for great photos, a knowledgeable guide, and an all around friendly and welcoming person to guide them during the photo/tour process!
Marvin was very responsive and communicative prior to our arrival in Japan (we live in California), and gave us good meet up details/instructions. We had no issues finding Marvin at the meet up spot, and he was prompt (early, in fact!).
If you’re considering booking a photographer to capture some of those iconic Tokyo spots, Marvin is an excellent choice. We’re so glad we did!

Marvin is such a talented photographer and friendly guide to Tokyo. I really appreciate that he showed me around hidden gems in Shinjuku and captured the beautiful city. Also he is a great conservationist who makes you feel comfortable posing in front of the camera. His edits are amazing, and I was so happy to receive the final photos to remember the trip. I wanted photos for memories in Japan so I booked Marvin who is an absolute legend and makes you feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole shoot. A full professional who knows what he is doing behind the camera. Turn around time for the photos was super quick and they turned out amazing! I found myself alone in Tokyo for the day and booked this the morning of the photoshoot. Marvin was very welcoming despite the last-minute request. He was very efficient and knew all the photo locations and even suggested different ways to pose. He sent over many photos within a few days and I'm delighted with them. Very well recommended if you want some nice photographs of yourself with Tokyo in the background!
