Sad and diassapointed

CHRISTINE_C, Mar 2026
will Viator refund? Because we were not informed by Viator that it was cancelled by operator We went to meeting point , then we found out that it was cancelled.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

We have officially confirmed the cancellation through our OTA system. As you recall, I even showed you the actual cancellation email when we spoke in front of the shop. Upon further investigation, there were no technical glitches or system errors with the connection to Viator. To be honest, this entire trouble could have been avoided if the pre-arrival messages had been properly reviewed. It is a good reminder for both of us to be more careful with communication in the future.

A must do Family Experience

Learn to make soba!

Lynette_S, Jun 2025
This is such a wonderful way to learn more about Japanese culture and food! Not only do you get to learn how to make soba from a master, you also get to eat the results for lunch, perfectly cooked by the chef! This is our first trip to Japan and we really wanted to try a cooking class and absolutely loved this. Highly recommended. I would give it more stars if I could!

Response from Host, Jun 2025

It is truly an honor to receive such high praise. Our hands-on noodle-making experience—crafted from just flour and water—offers not only the joy of using a variety of traditional tools, but also serves as an eco-friendly, electricity-free activity aligned with SDGs. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share this piece of Japanese culinary tradition with people from around the world, and we sincerely thank you for discovering our studio. Thank you for coming to Japan—please continue to enjoy all that this country has to offer!
