Imperial Palace and Garden Tour

Our guide, although a lovely gentleman, did not know anything about the gardens. He couldn’t answer our questions and did not give much information. His answer to our questions was “I think so”. He was reading the posted signs to us at loud, which we could have done ourselves since they were in English. He made wrong turns several times. It was also advertised as a “garden and palace tour”. We saw some parts of the garden but never saw the palace, as it is closed to visitors. We feel that it was false advertising. We were very disappointed by the entire experience. We can’t believe we were charged for this so called “tour”.
