We are a group of 8. Best decision to have airport transportation. We arrived late in the night 10pm arrival, and the flight was a little late as well. This company very professional, they were punctual, communicated with me via WhatsApp to guide us to our driver. They were able to accommodate all our luggage. That was a huge relief. Because most companies make it seem as you can only have a carryon. Will definitely recommend this transportation company.

The driver was 30 min late claiming there were lots of traffic and spoke no English. We had to walked down to the taxi stand which would have been cheaper to take taxi.

We specifically requested an English driver. Our driver spoke NO English. He showed up 2 hours early and wanted us to pay another 2000 yen for waitng??? It was a chaotic mess. We expected and paid for a limo and we got an old Toyota van. Save your $$$ and get a taxi at the airport.

Not the welcome to Japan we had hoped for

The driver messaged us on WhatsApp the day prior to our scheduled pick-up with information on where to meet him and told us to text him after we got our bags. We received our luggage and I messaged him to which he then told me “ I think another driver will come to pick you up due to an urgent issue”. This was 2 minutes prior to our scheduled pick-up time. Then we were contacted by a new driver, we were told to find our way over to a different door than we were originally informed to meet, only to find out that the “urgency” was that his colleague was late for work. This was NOT the entry that we had hoped for our first trip to Japan. It made for a very chaotic and stressful arrival dragging our luggage all over the airport wondering IF we were even going to get picked up.

We could not meet or communicate with the Driver. I accepted to receive the driver mobile number through my email to communicate with him. I tryed communicating through the provided number in the reservation, unfortunately, I received Japanese automated message and no operator to communicate with. Very bad experience, that we wasted our time and then had to leave with 2 taxes because we booked a big car.

I highly recommend Viator. Our driver was right on time at Haneda airport in Tokyo and got us to the Sheraton Grande by Tokyo Disney quickly. Although the driver had very limited English we were able to communicate and he graciously helped with the luggage. He reached out to me via What’s App as soon as our plane landed and let us know he was at the airport. All in all a very pleasant trip!
