- 1. How can I locate Cherry Tomato’s driver and vehicle
- You need to go to the “Meeting Point” which indicated in your reservation confirmation or service voucher. Driver will hold ‘Cherry Tomato’ Sign Board to meet and greet you.
- 2. What should I do if my flight or train is delayed
- For airport, seaport and train-station pick-ups, we indicate ‘maximum waiting time’ in our service voucher, if you are not able to be picked up on time, Please contact our service center. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control which could lead to unexpected delays. Therefore, by providing your flight, train, or cruise details upon booking, our staff is able to track your actual arrival time and will adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
- 3. Where are your pick up and drop off points
- We provide a Door-to-Door service. We will pick you up from the Airport terminal you arrived and take you to the address where you want to go to.
- On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal from which your flight leaves. (Noted that all flight details and address info are based on the booking form which you filled in.
- 4. Where will you wait for me at my hotel/apartment/home
- If you are going to your destination from a hotel, normally please wait at the hotel car entrance. (you will receive departure notice one day before service day, around 5 PM). If being collected from an apartment or your home, please wait outside by your main door. If apartment or home unable to reach due to narrow streets and our vehicle size, will decide meeting point nearby.
- 5. What if I get to the airport too late and miss my flight
- We normally set your pick-up time to get you to the airport 2 hours or more before your flight.
- 6. How far in advance do I have to make my reservation
- We accept bookings 13months in advance, for last minute travelers, we recommend you book at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. However, we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests even before your flight take off. Take note booking is subject to availability and confirmation.
- 7. Can passenger travel with a wheelchair
- It can be arranged only if we were informed. You must inform us in advance if there are passenger needs wheelchair or travel with a wheelchair.

Large group of 10…Greeted outside Baggage Claim/Customs with sign. Expected on van/bus—had 2. Needed escort to meeting place thru terminal. Nice drive thru traffic to hotel!

Very professional and efficient. Good communication throughout the ent process. I got into Tokyo quite late at night so this was a worry free way of getting to my hotel at night in a new city - felt very safe especially as a solo female.

After waiting over 45 mins at our designated meeting point I had to ring the emergency no. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and rang the contact while I was on the other phone. Said our pick up person would be there in less than a minute as he had been waiting out the front( not where he was supposed to be). After another five minutes I went looking for him, eventually found him holding up our name but not where he was supposed to be.
He said he had been waiting out the front for over an hour. Seems to have been a communication problem or maybe he was new. We had our pick up point in writing. We even checked with the information desk & they assured us we were waiting in the correct place.
Once in the car , the driver ( a different person) was excellent and showed us exactly where to go, and places to eat near our hotel.

We arrived after midnight & the driver was waiting in the arrival hall. Our group of 4 was joined by another couple but the van was spacious, clean & comfortable. Our driver was very professional, drove safely, & assisted with luggage.

Our driver was there at airport on time for us with a sign. We didn’t see him at first but called the customer service number and then found him within a few minutes. Took us to our hotel without any issues. Car was clean and driver professional. We would use them again.

Our flight was delayed 3 hrs , plus it took us over an extra hour to get our luggage. The operator waited for us and was so gracious and understanding that it made our arrival less stressful. Thank YOU for the great service as always.

This was an amazing ride to our hotel. Our flight got delayed 2 hours to midnight and they still waited for us which I appreciated so greatly. There was no fuss just straight to our hotel and the seats were amazing! So comfortable after getting off the plane it was perfect. Our driver was very professional. It was a great comfortable trip and I definitely recommend.

The driver took a very unusual and long route. There was barely any traffic at 0500hrs on a saturday morning but it took us 40-45 minutes for a few kilometers to the hotel.

We ordered a private transfer as the shuttle service wasnt available for the time that we wanted and with 2 young kids in tow, we didnt want to wait around for 2 hours for the next bus. When we came out of the arrivals, we were able to quickly locate the driver who then took us to a waiting area in the car park whilst he went to collect the car (his English was very limited so he didnt speak much, and also didnt really offer to help us with our luggage apart from putting it into the car). The drive was comfortable, the car comfortably sat 6 of us and 5x suitcases and 2 prams and it took us approx 45-60mins to get the to hotel.
Booking this and getting confirmation (around baby seat) was so quick, I'd definitely recommend using this service to get you from the airport to the hotel if you want to remove the hassle of jumping on a train.

We were traveling in a group of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), so we booked this shared transfer. Our flight ran a little late, but our driver was there waiting with a sign when we arrived. He confirmed where we were going and took us there. No hassle, and good service. Yay!

Cherry tomato est très professionnel et communicatif. Le service de limousine shared transfer est impeccable, il n'y a rien à redire. Le chauffeur est venu nous chercher juste après la douane avec nos noms sur une pancarte après nous avoir attendu jusqu'à 1h30 du matin à cause d'un retard sur le notre vol. Merci beaucoup 🙇♂️
