We will pick you up anywhere in Tokyo, such as a hotel, station, shop, or home. We will provide you the contact details of your diver guide and also your diver guide will be holding a board with your name written on. Due to the Road Traffic Law we are unable to provide tours that both start and end at hotels located outside of Tokyo prefecture. As Tokyo Disneyland is located in Chiba prefecture, we can either have pick-up, or drop-off service from your hotel, but unfortunately we are unable to provide both on the same tour. The closest station located in Tokyo-Prefecture to Tokyo Disneyland is Kasai-Rinkai-Koen station, (Keiyo Line, about 5 minutes away by train from Tokyo Disneyland (Maihama Station). We ask that you either start or end your tour here. If you wish we can also have the tour start or end at any location in Tokyo of your choosing. We appreciate your understanding. I have had tour guides lead me places but our guide Ryu, from Outech is a great sample of a pro. Not only did he get us there but he also accompanied us and explained things in a way that was not overbearing. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer questions easily. Having a conversation is not hard and made the trip informational and more interesting. I love that he brought us to a restaurant that served noodles made out of pumpkin well ahead of a huge lunch crowd. . That was a nice experience! Say something

A tour to remember and cherish

We enjoyed our tour. The views are amazing and memorable. A little disappointed because Mt. Fuji is partly covered with clouds at that time thus we did not proceed to station 5. But overall the tour is very good. After exploring Lake Kawaguchi, we savored a wonderful Japanese lunch at a local restaurant. We also tried the blackened egg cooked in Owakudani's hot spiring pool. It's fascinating to learn that eating the black eggs is said to prolong one's life by seven years. We also enjoyed hiking up to Hakone Shrine, especially seeing the gigantic 800-year-old trees. We also savour the calmness and breathtaking view in Lake Ashinoko. We owe all these wonderful experiences to our fantastic tour guide, Mr. Babu (Maharjan Sanu Babu).

Experience should not be offered if it cannot be fulfiled

I would have to say this was the most disappointing experience we have ever encountered with viator. I work for an airline and we travel 3-4 times a year and I always book one "big excursion" and try and utilize Viator because of great experiences with them. I myself should have done more research as well to know you CANNOT see Mount Fuji except in the winter time. And we were not there in the winter time. Knowing this tour operators should not sell it as a Mount Fuji experience. Our "tour guide" was really just a chauffer he made no conversation with us gave us no facts. Just drove us up to where we could buy black eggs and told us to take a pirate ship ride (which was not included in the cost) picked us up at the other side, took us to see some flowers and then dropped us back off at the air bnb. I am very disappointed and wasted over $1000 on this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless in the winter.

Worth experiencing.

Fabulous Mt. Fuji Tour with Super Luxury Car!

Our tour guide, Riley aka Ryoko, gave us a fantastic tour of Mt. Fuji! She is extremely knowledgeable, fun and engaging! The car was the most luxurious we had on any tour, and even had its own WiFi. Could not have been happier with the tour and Riley. Highly recommended!

Hakone family fun

Tomoya was a great guide. He is a little soft-spoken, but speaks English very well. We were able to go to many of the places we had planned, but missed out on station 5.5 and even seeing Fuji because of the weather (but we were not surprised by this). We would highly recommend the tour overall. The vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable for 9 people. Great experience.
