Etna? Yes but when and with who?

The trip itself was average because of weather but the staff doesn't speak english well. The clothes offered from day before were mostly wet (was raining before). The guides were mostly italian speaking so we didn't get much from the stories. When we were on top there was a terrible wind and almost no visiblity, we should be heading down instead of continuing the excursion.

The guide arrived significantly late and then accused us of being late. We then went on a tour, but it was not the booked tour. The tour did not go to the summit of Mount Etna, even though we had booked that. The ride with the 4x4 was also not included. We pointed this out to the guide at the beginning of the tour, but he said that nothing could be changed. Although we demanded a full or at least reasonable refund, only a minimal refund was granted. I cannot recommend this service. The organization was very poor, and the tour guide did not address our concerns.
