Etna? Yes but when and with who?

The trip itself was average because of weather but the staff doesn't speak english well. The clothes offered from day before were mostly wet (was raining before). The guides were mostly italian speaking so we didn't get much from the stories. When we were on top there was a terrible wind and almost no visiblity, we should be heading down instead of continuing the excursion.
