Absolutely incredible tour with an amazing guide...Max. His knowledge and enthusiasm for Etna was wonderful and he was more than happy to answer all our questions whilst trekking in fog and sulphur mist! If you wish to experience Etna...book this tour and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Max for the tour of a lifetime and for the 'miracle' you pulled out of your bag to disperse the clouds for us to see everything at the summit!

Today was a bucket list for us (myself, partner and 9 year old daughter). We were so fortunate to have Luca as our guide and I can’t say enough about how brilliant a guide he is. He was so informative, friendly and funny and just made our hike so enjoyable. I am even more grateful for how much care he put into ensuring my daughter had a good hike, making sure she stayed with him during the more challenging sections, and checking in regularly (with us and the other guests on our hike). The hike itself is incredible. Breathtaking (sometimes literally - volcanic gas is not the nicest to breathe). The landscape is something words can’t describe and I’m so pleased we chose this tour out of the many on offer. A definite must!

Great experience with Luca

Our tour was initially cancelled due to poor weather, but Etna Est were very accommodating and offered us an alternative date or a refund. We went up a few days later with Luca and really enjoyed it. The group was small (7 people) and the pace was about right. It was a very informative tour and we learned a lot about Etna and volcanoes generally. We went in November which meant there was snow as soon as we got out of the cable car. We had hiking boots and trekking poles which were really helpful and would recommend to anyone doing this in winter. Climbing up, getting the cable car up and down, and the descent means this trip takes most of a day, but it's definitely worth it!

Prachtige excursie, erg indrukwekkend. Wandeling was meer dan goed te doen en toen we in eerste instantie neit omhoog konden ivm het weer zijn we direct omgeboekt door de organisatie. Super!
