What you need to know is that Chef Fulvio is passionate and knowledgeable about Sicilian history and gastronomy. Be sure to hire him if you want authentic cannoli and interesting insights on Sicilian history … it’s time well spent!

Had great fun with Fulvio. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable and gracious host. Walking around he would be greeted by locals and friends, testament to his knowledge of the area. He was a lot of fun and easy to speak to. I would do this tour again just to hang out with him. He also has a home cooking tour which I would love to do.
