Juicy was our tour guide. She was awesome. We visited authentic and tasty restaurants where we tried local cuisine and Sicilian wines. The tour lasted about 3 hours. Juicy was recovering from a cold, but she managed to provide us with an insightful and wonderful tour of Palermo. Best pizza I have ever had on this tour. I would highly recommend this tour!

The food was good, but it didn't excite us very much. We had much better food tours in other cities. And during our 4 days in Palermo, we found some food spots where we enjoyed the food much more!

Wir verbrachten ein Wochenende in Palermo zur Feier eines Bachelor-Abschlusses und hatten im Voraus eine Essens- und Weintour für 8 Personen ab 17:15 Uhr gebucht. Da auf der Buchungswebsite nur für 6 Personen reserviert werden konnte, hatte ich zuvor mit der Hotline von Tripadvisor gesprochen. Dort wurde die gemeinsame Teilnahme direkt am Telefon mit dem Veranstalter geklärt. Die Tour begann pünktlich am Samstag Abend und unser Guide Giulia empfing uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt gemäß der Buchungsbestätigung. Giulia war sofort begeistert von unserer Gruppe, da 8 Männer bei dieser Tour ihrer Aussage nach unüblich sind. Bereits nach dem ersten Stopp steckte uns ihre freundliche und fröhliche Art an, und es fühlte sich an, als würden wir von einer guten Bekannten durch Palermo geführt. Neben den geplanten Restaurants zeigte sie uns viele kleine Gassen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und gab uns interessante Informationen über Palermo. Unsere Bedenken, dass die Tour zu typischen Touristenattraktionen führen würde, wurden sofort beim ersten Stopp zerstreut. Wir wurden in zahlreiche, teilweise versteckte Restaurants geführt, die vor allem bei Einheimischen bekannt sind. Jedes dieser Restaurants überzeugte uns mit hervorragenden Speisen. Die Tour, Giulia als Guide und die Auswahl an Restaurants bildeten den perfekten Einstieg, um Palermo kennenzulernen und wertvolle Tipps für unseren weiteren Aufenthalt zu erhalten. 👍🙂 Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Giulia von Tobia, Cristiano, Christophero, Marco, Andrea, Daniele, Matthia und Michele.
