Our guides knowledge was amazing, but we would have liked to do more hiking. The wine tasting was not impressive but the restaurant itself is set in a lovely area.

Easy connection and simple to make the reservation. We were picked up in siracusa for the ride to Mt Etna. Salvator Mario entertained us with stories of the volcano. We learned a lot.

Messed us around for several hours before eventually cancelling the booking. Wasted half a day waiting around for a pick up that never came. Didn't get to experience the one thing we came to Sicily for. Complete disappointment.

We deeply regret the inconvenience. Unfortunately, on that specific day the guide experienced an unexpected car issue, and we informed you as soon as we were made aware of the problem. The tour did take place later with the other participants, as communicated by our office, but we completely understand your frustration at not wanting to wait longer.
