Itinerary

Featuring big windows and high wings that don’t obstruct views, a seaplane is an ideal way to enjoy some panoramic sightseeing. When booking this San Francisco seaplane tour, make sure to note if you would like to take advantage of round-trip shuttle transportation from Fisherman's Wharf to Sausalito.

In Sausalito, board your 6-passenger plane and take off from the waters of Richardson Bay with your experienced pilot, who will point out landmarks during your scenic flight. Soar over the hills of Marin to the Pacific coastline, where you can look down on Tomales Bay and Point Reyes National Seashore, home to pristine beaches and roaming cows. Keep your eyes open for potential whales in the water, and admire the Point Reyes Lighthouse.

Then fly along Highway 1, making your way toward the Golden Gate Bridge where the Pacific Ocean meets San Francisco Bay. Cruising past the city skyline, enjoy views of Crissy Field, Coit Tower, and Oracle Park; then circle the bay for an aerial look at Alcatraz Island and Angel Island.

When you return to Sausalito, touch down with a smooth water landing to end your exciting tour. You can then spend time in Sausalito on your own, or take the shuttle back to Fisherman's Wharf if requested.

It was a great and beautiful trip! We were able to see a lot of the coastline, Muir Woods and also flew over the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, Giants Stadium and the City of San Francisco. Great overview of the Bay Area!
