Traditional Experience guests choose their preferred tasting upon arrival in the shop.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked timeslot and pick up the audioguides in the shop.
Alcohol tastings are available only to guests of legal drinking age.
The VIP Experience is available for 2–12 guests and includes a live English-speaking guide.
Duration: approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the selected experience.
Traditional and Premium Experiences are self-guided.
A non-alcoholic tasting option is available within the Traditional Experience.

It was okay, an automated tour with timed doors; you spend around 5 minutes in each section. The samples of the 3 brandies at the end and the canapes that went with them were good. Might be more interesting if you already know the product and wanted to learn some of it's history.

We felt a bit rushed at the start and our audio guide was a bit hit and miss. We, however, loved the VR and being a plum!!! This was a lot more fun than we expected. The tasting was great too and the staff were lovely

We had a great time. The museum tour is interesting, showing both the history and the process. The 5D was fun, and works even with those with glasses. The tasting at the end was the perfect topper.
