Air-conditioning was very poor. Over 40°C outside which wasn't pleasant. Cruise was boring with poor audio. Nothing much to see apart from a few bridges. In comparison to Amsterdam and Krakow cruises it was a let down. Probably the best bit was when we sailed past a building that a choir was practising in. Sound was very pleasing to the ear. Drinks reasonable to be fair. Boat was clean but toilets were smelly. €80 for 5 for less than 1 hour. Anyhow as Aidan Doyle says "Enjoy your stay down Wicklow Way".

Did not really see too much of attraction along the Vltava River and cruise less than 1 hour as it stated. Not worthy.

Underwhelmed. The boat was not easy to find since there were some many similar ones. The dock worker told me to hurry up as I was getting on. The tour itself did not feel like it covered much. It turned around right as the sights got interesting. One of the employees flicked their cigarette into the water instead of putting it in one of many nearby ash trays. That tells you how they feel about what we are touring. Overall, not worth spending the time/money. You can get good views from the bridges, no need to go on this 50min tour that covers barely anything.

Beautiful views of the city. We did this at the end of the trip and it was a relaxing way to round up the trip. Need cash for drinks and food. Open room makes great photos of Charles bridge and Prague Castle

The cruise was essentially okay , late leaving early coming back , the tables upstairs are rammed together so if busy ,which it was no space.
We found the staff rude and only interested in selling drink and food, they need to practise customer service skills. Would we recommend this company unfortunately not on this occasion

Get there early and start queuing if you a top deck table or chairs.
Table service for drinks and food, be advised they prefer cash.

The boat ride itself was great. The cold brew coffee drink with ice cream in it was delicious. The recorded narration about the scenery was excellent and we made sure to sit far forward on the boat to hear it well. The problem we experienced was very poor directions on how to get there. They did not provide the proper coordinates to get us even close to pier 17, and we could barely walk there in time. We were exhausted by the time we reached the actual departure point. This was very frustrating.

I enjoyed the river cruise, however would not personally do again and would only recommend if 1) this is your first time to Prague and 2) you have an hour to spare. I think the cost is fair, however, there is not that much that you can actually see from the river. In addition, I wish it had been clear to bring your own headphones as they did play the English track out loud, but unfortunately there were two very rowdy groups that were treating this as a booze cruise, rather than a way to get to know Prague. An okay experience, but I would skip in favor of a walking tour with a local guide!

Cruise is barely 40 minutes, noisy on the boat and you cannot hear the audio guide.
Personal on board chasing you to buy drinks.

If you purchase beverages or snacks, they do not accept credit card payments. Thankfully we had euros and that was accepted.
If you want to hear the tour guide explanation, then sit near the speaker. Guests around us were talking and that made it hard to hear.
Otherwise, very nice experience.

Best to get on the right side of the boat. Preferably not near the the kiosk bit cos the waiting on staff and the coffee machine are loud and difficult to hear the audio

My family and I didn’t manage to take this cruise, like some others as they let many groups in before many of us who queued in advance. This is very unorganized, so be careful with this one. Better to buy them on the spot as the staff doesn’t care much if you have purchased a ticket or not.

You do not really need to book a ticket in advance for this boat: we had to stay in a long queue before going onboard after people who still needed to buy their tickets. The upper deck got full very quickly and we had to stay inside. It was however comfortable. I suggest to start queuing very early. I noticed also that other boats were not as packed. The tour on the river was ok.

The price was ok, definitely wouldn’t have spent any more than that just because of the weather being so cold and everyone wanting to stay inside. In the short hour we managed to spend more on drinks and a toasted cheese sandwich. Waiter service was better on one side of the boat than the other. I couldn’t hear the announcer because everyone was talking so loudly and listening to the narration via their phones with them on speaker phone at their tables.
