Make your way to Pier Number 17, located at Dvorak Embankment close to the Stefanik Bridge.

Board the comfortable boat for your river cruise. Make yourself comfortable on the indoor or outdoor decks; the indoor cabin is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Refuel with coffee, snacks and refreshments available for purchase on board.

Great, memorable, enjoyable and once in a lifetime experience. Location (meeting point) was easy to find and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Tour guide commentary was in English which was a bonus, it was clear, informative and easy to follow. 😃

Beautiful view, average experience

The boat was very nice and the views were incredible, but the overall experience was only average. The speakers are at the front and back of the boat, but we were sitting in the middle at the top. Between the road traffic and the people on the boat talking, we were only able to hear about half the tour guide’s information. We were disappointed, as we are very interested in the history of the buildings. More speakers are needed through the middle of the boat.

All the boat trips pretty much do a 50 minute sail, this one was great as they did food and drinks table service and there was plenty of separate tables for seating upstairs/outside

The boat is clean and well kept but the trip is very short traveling to and from on the same section of the river. The speakers in the bar didn't work so we connected to the audio but the WiFi was intermittent.

Very nice boat tour, good accommodations for inside or outside. Long walk to Pier17 from Charles Bridge for reference but a nice promenade. Trolley17 runs close to it.

Great tour, especially if you sit in the open-air section upstairs. Get there early, as the line starts forming well before departure, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also buy beverages on board and pay by credit card.

Wicklow for Tailteann Cup 2026.

Air-conditioning was very poor. Over 40°C outside which wasn't pleasant. Cruise was boring with poor audio. Nothing much to see apart from a few bridges. In comparison to Amsterdam and Krakow cruises it was a let down. Probably the best bit was when we sailed past a building that a choir was practising in. Sound was very pleasing to the ear. Drinks reasonable to be fair. Boat was clean but toilets were smelly. €80 for 5 for less than 1 hour. Anyhow as Aidan Doyle says "Enjoy your stay down Wicklow Way".

Underwhelming

Underwhelmed. The boat was not easy to find since there were some many similar ones. The dock worker told me to hurry up as I was getting on. The tour itself did not feel like it covered much. It turned around right as the sights got interesting. One of the employees flicked their cigarette into the water instead of putting it in one of many nearby ash trays. That tells you how they feel about what we are touring. Overall, not worth spending the time/money. You can get good views from the bridges, no need to go on this 50min tour that covers barely anything.

Rude staff

The cruise was essentially okay , late leaving early coming back , the tables upstairs are rammed together so if busy ,which it was no space. We found the staff rude and only interested in selling drink and food, they need to practise customer service skills. Would we recommend this company unfortunately not on this occasion

Great boat ride, poor directions to get there

The boat ride itself was great. The cold brew coffee drink with ice cream in it was delicious. The recorded narration about the scenery was excellent and we made sure to sit far forward on the boat to hear it well. The problem we experienced was very poor directions on how to get there. They did not provide the proper coordinates to get us even close to pier 17, and we could barely walk there in time. We were exhausted by the time we reached the actual departure point. This was very frustrating.

I enjoyed the river cruise, however would not personally do again and would only recommend if 1) this is your first time to Prague and 2) you have an hour to spare. I think the cost is fair, however, there is not that much that you can actually see from the river. In addition, I wish it had been clear to bring your own headphones as they did play the English track out loud, but unfortunately there were two very rowdy groups that were treating this as a booze cruise, rather than a way to get to know Prague. An okay experience, but I would skip in favor of a walking tour with a local guide!
