Trip was well organised, on time and the guide was very informative.
Negative - the information did advise no drinks or food, however, there was no availability to purchase water, soft drinks at any of the stops. No free time.

Disorganized, chaotic, frustrating, very difficult to understand English speaker even though it was labeled as an “English speaking” tour. Unexpectedly turned into a walking tour because lack of communication between bus driver and tour guide.
Excellent guides, and good content, can’t say you enjoy given the destination and what happened there, but the information was provided with thought and a clear objective of just telling it as it was. We could have done with longer in the museums as there was so much content, others were there with young teens - the tour definitely satisfied the different groups. If we return to the area in future we will try and spend longer.
Loved seeing the memorial and ghetto. Would have preferred more time in ghetto area and a little less at the memorial.
The guide talked too much to and from Prague. More precise information without all the rabbit trails and cultural opinions would be easier to digest.
Petr was a fantastic tour guide and easily the most knowledgeable person I've met so far. He made the trip very memorable and meaningful. I wish we'd had more time, and that it was less hot out. Aside from that, 10/10 was easily the highlight of my time in Prague.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. He was able to relay information easily to the group in English , French and Czech! He answered all questions directly and honestly. Our driver was equipped with gps and traffic info that allowed us to change our route and actually make it to the site! Apparently, there was a huge accident that 3 other groups were caught up in. We were still able to make it, they did not.
The tour was full of information and we saw a lot of Terezin. The guide through Viatour was really good. The one from Terezin a bit abrupt and rushed.
This trip was so informative and a great look back into history. Learned several new things about Terezin that surprised me. The 6.5hr tour was great as you got to see the small fortress, the Jewish ghetto, and a small museum. Having a tour group made transportation easy as well.
Although we met a place of dreadfull memories it was all well planned and taken care by th agency. No Portuguese guide, but we could explore the place with a wanderfull Spanish speaking Philipinne guide.
Was a very interesting trip, I'm so glad we did it. Rosa the guide was brilliant and so knowledgeable as was Helen our bus and Ghetto guide.

After we paid for the tour and received confirmation the local tour operator cancelled it later that day ; they told me to contact viator for the refund. I have previously had good experiences with Viator.

Although the topic was very heavy, the information provided by Peter our guide and the guide at Terezín was very informative. You really got a good understanding of this camp and how it was different from aushwitz or other concentration camps
Overall Tour was great and fully enjoyed it. Time was well managed. Tour was well organized. Recommend it.
Although very moving and emotional tour. It was extremely educational and worth doing. We would highly recommend.
I couldnt say it was wonderful because it is such a sad place to visit - but the tour was interesting and well conducted.
Our guide, Jan, was very good. He spoke English, Russian, and German to the three language groups on the bus. He went out of his way so that we were able to see the Crematorium, even though this is not always on the itinerary, depending on time.
Great guide. He was very emotional and highly versed on the topic and place. We took the bus and he gave us all the information during the trip of what we were seeing. Once at Terezin, a tour guide from Terezin gave us that tour and he finished with it at the end. We went first to the crematory, then to the camp and afterward to the Jewish Museum in the town.
An essential tour for the world to see to understand the evil impact of the Nazi regime.
This is a history lesson not to be missed.
The guide needed to offer more historic information enroute to the Memorial, with lots of time
in the van for this. The guides on site were excellent as was the museum. A must do for all!
The guide rushed us quite a bit. We didn't have time to look at all the displays etc in the museum. However, the knowledge and insight we gained were great.
The guides were very knowledgeable and brought us to see everything.
The tour would have been given a higher rating, if it wasn't for thehandoff of our Martin Tours guide to the Terezin tour guide. Our guide spoke perfectly clear English . The Terezin guide spoke English but was very hard to understand. And we had to finish the tour with a group of about 150.
Guide was a fluent German speaker but a mediocre English speaker. This was somewhat balanced at the small terezin fortress by a guide who works there and was good.
Would have liked to have had a guide at the large fortress's museum. Another tour group had a guide there, and we listened to him some
Powerful tour- highly recommended. Very prompt departure and Gustav was very knowledgeable- as was the guide at site. We felt rushed at the museums- need to leave time for visitors to roam and read. Very moving site. Martin tours is well run.
De tour duurt te lang. Onderdelen zoals het museum met kunstwerken in Theresienstadt kan beter geskipt worden. Het is teveel voor 1 dag en precies overal te weinig tijd met name bij de begraafplaats en crematorium waar wij na 10 minuten in het donker weg moesten en toen ruim anderhalf uur een file in. Ik vind het op deze manier geen aanrader. Wel een leuke en bevlogen gids.
