We really enjoyed the trip. It was very informative and well organised. Our guide Tatiana was amazing. She delivered the history of the place with a brilliant sense of humour. I and my partner decided to split the trip onto two days and we went to the river cruise next day. The day we went on the river cruise was snowing and we had a mulled vine while watching the beautiful scenery of Prague.

My husband and I really enjoyed the castle tour. Our guide, Ladislav, was very knowledgeable and clearly took pride his country’s history. We ending up being the only people on the tour, and he still gave us 100%. The castle town was very interesting and well worth the visit. The boat ride, however was probably not worth it. The boat had recently broken down and while, after some discussion, they were able to get us on a different boat, it was fine, but nothing special. Many people on the boat were smoking heavily, and that probably also contributed to making the ride less enjoyable.

Much too much talk with too many details by the guide. Poor management of time. 4,5 hours for the guided tour without the cruise. This meant we did not have time to do tge cruise. We recommend that you do it yourself instead.

Hard to hear our host speak as we walked through the immense palace complex. Using a system like Vox would have been much easier. The sites on the grounds were amazing to see. We did not take the boat tour the same day as the castle visit but the tickets were accepted on the boat the following day.

Very informative and interesting - thanks to Jakob - an EXCELLENT guide!!
River cruise not worth your time. Very hot (could barely feel the a/c and everyone used menu as a fan!) and couldn’t hear the recorded guide.

Phenomenal tour guide. So knowledgeable and great at explaining the history. I wish the tour had explained more specifically where the tour ends. Shame on me for not investigating more. Being "left" at the castle was a bit surprising. The tour part was great though.

Steven was a very good guide. He gave us a lot of practical tips on navigating the city and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the spaces we visited. I went on the boat tour the very same day. It was pleasant riding on top of the boat and looking at the coast Overall it was good. If you're interested in this kind of tour this one is fine.

We really tried to enjoy this tour but our tour guide was not good at all. She arrived with an attitude, it got better during the tour but not much. Really said because you could tell she knew was she was talking about. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it made for a long and miserable day. The palace is awesome with lots of history but we could have learned mores and enjoyed better with the audio guide. I don’t believe we even knew her name.

Stephen was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and had answers for all of the questions! 10/10 would recommend. Appreciate the ideas that the cruise ticket was valid for 2 days which meant we could have longer time in the castle. Unfortunately there is no transfer from the castle to the cruise but we had enough information from Stephen on how to get to the cruise. Lovely experience overall!

The tour should be responsible to take us by river boat but they asked us to go by our self and search by ourself .. moreover my ticket and booking for this tour not including the fee or river boat …the tour guide should to take responsibilities to take us for all places including the river but they did not

tour was very interesting church was beautiful. you do not enter Prague castle which was disappointing but the grounds and the rest were very nice. we did the cruise as well and it was enjoyable. highlight for us was our exceptional tour guide Sophia. incredibly informative and kept the group together and moving.

Zowie was great guide and very knowledgable .Note the Tour ends at the castle and you have to find your own way to the Boat.Thankfully the Guide took us on the Tram and dropped us off.
We arrived early for the Boat but was note allowed to sit on the Boat as staff were having a break.They wouldn't even give us a chair to sit on the side.It was -3 and we are elderly.

This tour should have been 6.5 hours, but it ended much earlier as our guide seems to be in the rush. It included the cruise (which was a joke) and the lunch, but please do not fall for it. Totally not worth the extra money and time it took away from the tour. Prague Castle was almost not covered as we did not have access to any of the inside tours. Not sure why it is even mentioned in the name of it. You would expect that it is a focus of this tour, but it was not. The rest of the city walk was kind of OK with very little of the Jewish quarter covered (it was mentioned on the tour description that it will be included and it was barely shown). Overall, I expected much more and hopped to learn some cool history.

Great tour with a lot of walking. Must be prepared (physically fit) to do a lot of walking although we took frequent stops. The tour guide was nice and gave good information although would have been better to give more historical site-related information rather than personal views. Otherwise the sites are unmatched therefore wonderful to see and experience.

we have made an extraordinary Tour with out guide Susanna.
She spoke a perfect french and was at our complete disposition for the walking City Tour.
we met at 9 pm walked through town til 12. then we went to have short lunch on board before an hour tour on the River Vltava. as the weather was superb (about 20 °C at end of March),
All her advices were pertinent (changing guard at the castle to be viewed on sunday at 12 with musicians ) and she listened all our wishes and tried to fullfill them if possible.
Thanks to Susanna. it was the best beginning for our 5 days stay in Prague.

The tour was great, a lot of walking though so bring a large bottle of water and comfortable shoes.
Our tour guide was amazing! She took us to a few extra sites that were along our way and agreed to stop for half an hour so the group could get a beer at the monastery at the castle.

We saw a lot of Prague Marina our guide was very knowledgable, engaging and helpful. Her English was good and she answered all of our questions. Group was 8 in total which made it more comfortable. Tour was at a leisurely pace. Lunch on the boat wasn't up to much hence the reason for four stars. However would recommend the tour because it was a great way to see Prague.

Put your walking shoes on and enjoy the day! Our guide was extremely knowlegeable and ready to answer questions. The boat ride with lunch is a nice break in the itinerary. The lunch was average. The tour does not go into Prague Castle just to be clear.

Our guide Lucy was very informative and professional. We saw a lot on this tour but it was tiring since it was a hot day. We visited a lot of Prague we would not have otherwise seen. The lunch time river cruise was a nice break, and St. Vitus cathedral was a highlight. Thanks to Lucy for making the tour so interesting. Highly recommended.

This tour was great and the guide was fine. We had a bad weather day, but it did not hinder seeing everything and the lunch
onboard was actually much better than expected. However, Viator is not very good at giving contact information to these local tour companies...we should have the correct names of the local companies as well as full address/location and email addresses if any.
Our phones don't always work perfectly in these countries. Maybe a little map would be helpful to find their location!
