Jason told us so many things we would not have otherwise learned about Old Town and the Jewish quarter of Prague. This was a great walking tour and we covered a lot of ground. Note that you don't go into any sights.,

Very informative. Jason explained things well and has great stories and good sense of humor. We learned about the history of Prague as it changed regimes multiple times. 2.5 hours went by quickly.

James was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the very start. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the experience truly enjoyable. Despite the very cold weather, the two and a half hours flew by. To top it all off, the tour inspired me to read a few Kafka short stories afterward, helping me fully immerse myself in the culture.

I really recommend Jason’s tour of the Old Town and Jewish Quarter! He is clearly super knowledgeable about Czech history and culture, and the structure of his explanations and the overall tour design was very clear. We learned a ton and felt like we had a good sense of the place around us in Prague after participating in Jason’s tour. He was also entertaining and created a nice group atmosphere, chatting with us a bit and recommending different places to eat, drink, and visit along the way. If we could have only taken one tour during our time in Prague, this is the one I would take.

This was an excellent tour with excellent guide, Jason. He rattled off excessive dates with details. One would think he was historian. He wove together the fabric of time that surrounded the area in which we walked. He was impressive.. He wasn’t Jewish nor was the tour for those seeking a history of the atrocities done to “the chosen”. But it was an excellent tour and guide!

Jason was very accommodating. I was the only person scheduled for the tour and yet, he still agreed to host me. Very informative and interesting tour. Good for people just getting acquainted with the Old Town area. Lots of history of the area not always known to people outside Czech Republic.

We had a lovely time and learned a lot on this walking tour of the old town of Prague. We ended up being the only two in the group for the day so we had a bit of a private tour! Jason has lived in Prague for years and had a really good grasp on history and culture from the 10th century all the way through til modern times. We felt comfortable asking lots of questions and asking him to explain things we were more interested in. It was really cold so he even showed us a spot to stop for some coffee mid tour! We booked through Viator, but of course they take a cut - contact him directly or through his website to book!

Hi Erin, I do the tours down to minus 10 degrees C so it's not surprising some will request a short warm-up break especially if there are only a couple of people.
