The older trams can give you a jolt as they set off and stop, but it’s all good fun! Staff on board are very helpful with their knowledge of Prague.

It was fun riding around in the old tram cars. They have several different cars ranging from the early 1900’s to the 2000’s. I loved the one with the wooden benches!

Brilliant. I recommend doing the whole loop with the tram as the first thing you do in Prague. It really gives you your bearings and only takes around 1 - 1.5 hours. The staff on board are very helpful and informative.

Its a great way to see the sights! We esp enjoyed stop #2 and walking to the mini Eiffel Tower ( the Petrin Tower) Stunning views from the top, only 300 steps to the top … well worth the climb! Nice cafes in the area of stop 2 as well

This is an ideal trip as the tram goes far up the city to places you probably wouldn’t go yourselves. The guides on the tram were very friendly and helpful, Also cheaper than hop on hop off bus.

This is a highly recommended experience: relaxed, informal, lots of fun but still gives you a great introduction to Prague and it's history. Our guide, Vaclav - V - has a dry sense of humour and is very knowledgeable, so the four hours passed so quickly. Prague is such a walkable city that we saw all the main sites in the Old Town and Jewish Quarter but at an easy pace that makes it ideal for most people. This is a very popular tour so book ahead to ensure your place.

The Tram tour was okay. The young ladies on board were very nice and helpful. Overall, the tram ride was confusing and turns out, not necessary. The trams are nunmbered 41 and 42, and they have a separate schedule from the metro transit system posted at each tram stop. The city has the same antique trams that you can ride with a 24 Hour Day Pass that costs less than this "tour." This ride is NOT a guided tour of Prague. It is only a Tram ride around the city with a brochure that lists the sites. The Tram timetable is really confusing, and there are delays between each of the pickup times. I'd recommend you do a little research before you go, and ride the public trams to and from the sites you want to visit. There are a lot more of them, and they come every few minutes instead of having to wait 40-45 minutes for the next Hop-on-Hop-Off

Very confusing. Guides on the trolly didn’t know much about the city. When asked where to get off for the Charles bridge they had to find out. Also was not aware about the daily changing of the guards. There is no guided audio like stated. It says bring your own headphone for guided audio. Once arrive ya given a map in another language to follow. I saw a QR code and DL the app. When I showed the guide the app he was unaware there was a app to hear about the sites and then informed me it was stating we were actually at stop 7 an the app was saying we were at stop 10. The app is by navigation so you can’t change to hear something else. So the “real time” app is incorrect and basically you have to get up an ask what stop is next and know what you want to see an ask them when to get off. At one point they said we had to get off it was the end of the tour an in 40 minites another trolly would comes. Then area we were dropped had nothing to do or see so we had to sit around for 40 minutes wasting time.

Poor sharing of information once on tram. Girl leading things was quite overwhelmed and it took her about 20 minutes to get to us and we were first on. Never got info/maps until reaching stop for the castle. Wouldn’t do this again. (Don’t post. This is feedback for those running this trip)

A faire en début de séjour pour avoir un apperçu de la beauté de la ville et de ses alentours. On peut commencer le trajet en Tram de n'importe quel stop. Il y a peu d'explications sur les stops et surtout ne loupez pas le stop N°2 qui vous mene au Monastère et à la Tour Eiffel dans un cadre de verdure très agréable. Pour déguster une bierre faite par le Monastère, allez plutôt au beer garden plutôt qu'à l'autre brasserie juste à côté. Le cadre est plus agréable ainsi que le service.
