- The buses on the green route depart daily every 15-30 minutes between 9:10 AM and 4:40 PM
- The buses on the red route depart daily every 35 minutes between 9:35 AM and 5:10 PM
- Option with River Cruise - Dvorakovo embankment, pier no. 17
- According to the regulations of the city, we have to observe that only small buses can enter the historical centre and large buses outside the centre. So it may happen that if you are a larger group of people, we recommend using the red line with a large double decker, because with small buses is possible that the group will not fit into one and will be divided
- Guided Prague Castle exteriors only in English: daily from 14:15, red line - sstop 3 (ask the bus assistant for more information)

We used Big Bus in two cities, Vienna and Prague. It was great experience, easy to navigate the town and explore. One thing to keep in mind is understanding when your last buses are in the stop towards evening so you can plan accordingly as the trips come to an end around 6.

The green route, smaller buses in the old town was quite nice, and relatively quiet. The narration fairly well matched the bus location. The red route, with the larger buses was a real waste of time. Most of the time the narration either didn’t seem to match where the bus was, or you couldn’t see the site being referred to. The red line is only suitable for transportation near the desired site.

The Bus was good and narrative was a little off as we sometimes heard about a site after we passed it. The river cruise was nice and relaxing

Earlier or later afternoon busses have more seating available. Some route overlap. Got us where we wanted to go.

We have used this to start a day in every major city and love it. It’s a great way to just get a feel for the city and how to navigate it. We also use it as a taxi so to speak to get where we need to go.

I could not contact the operator at all. Tried numerous times. Didn’t use the experience at all. Total waste of money. I never saw any red bus the whole time we were there either?

The tour round Prague was very good, but the guide seemed to be upset by something and kept punching his bag very aggressively, which was very disturbing. I tried to report this to you privately but could find no way to get through your systems

It is a lovely way to see Prague and the boat cruise is relaxing. We really enjoyed it. The staff were so helpful and gave out recommendations for food etc.

Save your money & time! Poorly signposted, audio out of sync and rude staff. We wanted a stop near Prague Castle but bus dropped at another stop and told it was due to roadworks (none seen!) - after visit went to same place only to watch bus sail past and bus driver refused to collect and gave a rude gesture- appalling (15.20 bus on 19/06/25). Will never use this company again. Unable to rate less than one star. So basically used for 2 stops as had to uber back as 30min wait in 33degree heat with 3 people in 70s. Appalling customer care!!!
