Natural Beauty
This was a fun day trip. The castle was lovely to visit but much of what is inside is replica of the original. The caves on the other hand were marvelous and fascinating. That alone made the trip worth it with the wonderful guidance from our tour guide Jospeh. He was very charismatic and full of knowledge about many aspects of Czech history.

Cool Cave
We enjoyed our day. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs and some significant hills. Paul was a great guide- informative, interesting, and fun. Highly recommend.

History and natural history
This tour is a great combo castle and cave. The cast tour was very informative and interesting. The cave was so awesome. Josef our tour guide is very knowledgeable. He made the experience very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting Prague and wanting to see something outside the city.

Great way to spend time outside of Prague!
This was a well-executed tour that got us out of Prague and showed us some nice caves with a very knowledgeable guide. The castle was a good visit with a local guide doing a good job for that portion. Lunch was great and the small size of our group was a huge plus. Only change... give a little time shopping/touring around the town of Karlstein. I think we just ran out of time to do that.
Koneprusy Caves (Konepruské Jeskyne)
Wear sturdy shoes and warm clothes to visit the cool underground caves.
Visitors can only access the caves with an official guided tour and must stay on the marked route. The tour lasts about an hour.
The cave tour is unsuitable for children under 3, and strollers are not allowed inside the cave.
Due to several staircases and rough terrain, Koněprusy Caves are not accessible to wheelchairs.
