It was educational but I was expecting to be able to enter the small fort where the actual jail part of terezin is. We had taken this tour before and that was the very best part. This time we brought my sister to enjoy the same experience with her, but weren’t able to go to the small fort, which in my option is the best part of the tour. Had they not advertised it as still being a part of the tour, I would not have been disappointed. But we paid for it thinking it would be as advertised (that we would get to see the small fort). So unfortunately I feel we were overcharged for the experience we had.

This was a great tour! Ilya was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable about the town and the history behind it. He also made sure we got to see a lot without leaving anyone behind! Would highly recommend!

Myself and three others recently done the day tour of Terezin. Bianca was our guide and she was lovely and very knowledgeable. I liked that the tour required to take a train and bus journey. It was nice to see the countryside in the way there. The tour was really good. Bianca shared her knowledge of the camp and gave us enough time to explore. It was very humbling but informative. I found it interesting how people still live in Terezin. We all really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.

Informative tour. Would recommend but bring extra warm clothes and lots of food with you. Long day but worthwhile

Adam was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would strongly recommend this tour. The tour consists of a train to Terezin and we walked to the camp from station. Saw the cemetery and crematorium but the latter was closed due to it being a Saturday.

Our Guide Givi really made this an unforgettable experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of our questions. Terezin itself is very strange, as people actually still live there. Givi, however, managed to instill a sense of remembrance and respect despite the apparent lack of reverence the people know living there have for its history. I have to note that this was the only tour done with this company that was not over-crowded, which I think also really made a big difference to how we experienced it.

The tour starts at the city centre where you meet your guide and fellow tour mates. We travelled by public transport, the group wasn't too big which made the travelling efficient and close. Our guide for the tour was Petra, she was amazing, knowledgable, likeable and seemed to have an overall great sociable persona. We do not often take guided tours, but when the tour guide is great, it makes a huge difference to the experience!!! I would recommend this tour, particularly with Petra, who definitely deserves a big thumbs ups. Thanks Petra for the great tour!

If you're interested in this tour, you want to take it with Givi. He really cares about what happened to the Jews and helping the tourists understand the horror of what they're seeing. He also told us some key Czech history about the only successful assignation of a top German official in WWII. Givi was the best tour guide I've ever had!

Our guide Givi was passionate and knowledgeable. Very sad and eye opening. Train ride was a great way to see the countryside. Had no idea how pivotal Terezin was to The Holocaust.

Very enlightening tour. Quite sad though knowing a lot of lives were lost during Nazi regime.

A very worthwhile day out. It was good to use the public transport system with Givi leading the way on the local train and then the bus. He was a great guide and very knowledgeable. The Terezin complex is amazing - we hadn't realised it was - and still is - a functioning town. The crematorium, morgue and museums devoted to the ghetto/concentration camp are extremely moving. We were at the complex for approximately 3 hours but didn't get to see everything - this tour is not for those who want an in-depth day there but for the curious and for those who want to find out more about the horrors inflicted during the war.

Givi gave us an excellent expirience during the Terezin tour. Highly recommendable!!
He speaks loud and clear and is very easy to understand for us foreigners

Poor and misleading , absolutely misrepresented to advert of what the tour consists of photos on the site and tour that you do NOT get to visit. States 7.5 hour tour with 2 hours travelling , this is a lie , we arrived at 12.00 left at 3.30 which in my world consists of 3.5 hours actually at the site? States will visit SS Camp headquarters , you do not. States will visit Gestapo prison cells you do not. Extremely misleading and will never use your site if this is the level of service we will receive. This is the 2 nd time I have left feedback and guess what no response , anyone care ?

We booked this tour in advance of our arrival in Prague. The voucher we were sent gave us the address to meet at, which was central and easy to find. Our tour guide, Givi, was really friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was really moving and Givi's extra anecdotes made it even more so!

tour guide was fantastic, very informative. its a must do tour if you go to Prague.

The best part was taking the local train there with Bianca. She was excellent in all of her information of what it was like there. Enjoyed the scenery and was able to relax on the train.

The trip was well organised and the rail trip was great showing off some fantastic countryside. The guide Petra was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Terezin is an eerie place as people still live there and it feels strange when yo're being told of the misery that went on. This would have been a five star but we didn't get to go the the small fortress which looks the most interesting bit. We would have rather seen that than the main site. if you go make sure this is included.
Sharon C, Jan 2016
A 5 star tour led by a very well informed guide. A must see camp because it was not an extermination camp but rather a transit camp. The train ride made us feel that we were being transported to the camp although it was a passenger train and did NOT end at the camp.

Recommend the tour, the local guide was wonderful and made the day one to reflect on the past, great job Givi!

Tour was really good. Enjoyed your guide and she was very knowledgeable. Only thing I would suggest is for her to slow down her speech. Easy to get lost when trying to keep up with what she's saying. Otherwise, great tour and very informative.
