They never showed up and refuse to refund me their horrible how can they get away with this it’s a shame

Thank you for you feedback, but I have to disagree, your statement that we never showed up is not based on the truth.
I know this as our guide Ross, was present at the correct meeting point at correct time and we know this because there were other clients booked and they just rated the tour (5 star).

Marcela was an amazing guide-who better to educate you on all things Prague than someone who has lived here her whole life! i learned SO much about the people, the churches, the castle, the Charles Bridge—and all the history and Lore that goes with them! just remember it’s entirely an outside tour-so bungle up if you are going in Winter!

Our 2 hour tour was combined with 2 other longer tours. We just left the tour at the appropriate time even though the guide let us tag along a little longer. She was excellent!

Jana had given us a very informative Tour fluently in German. It was a small Group and so travelling by Tram to the Hradcin was easy going.

It was a nice tour. Lots of information about the city and a fairly easy walk. We only did part tat ended at the castle. If you arrive at the castle slightly before noon you can watch the full changing of the guard.

Lovely morning spent discovering part of the lesser town and the palace Litsa was great. The tour didn’t take us inside at the place we had to do that on our own.

I thought the tour was perfectly fine and our guide did a good job keeping the tour moving and was interesting to listen too. However, the wording of the listing was confusing. We thought we were getting a guided tour of the interiors of the castle including the ticket. I think you need to have a look at your listing from the perspective of someone looking to book the tour. It says walking tour with interiors....

This was a great introduction, especially to the castle area. Jana was so wonderful and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed it. We took the 2 hour tour and ended up at the castle. We were then able to explore on our own as Jana provided tickets to the major sights.

We could not hear. She walked in front with the speaker on her waist, she doesn't realize we arent hearing her. 3 different groups together. Too confusing. Would not recommend.

Prague Castle area is very large containing great history and architecture, and a well thought out plan is needed to really get a good sense of everything at hand and stay on schedule. With that said, this was our tour leader's first tour. We started out as a group of six in total. It was really difficult to hear what she said. As a young person, the depth of her knowledge of the area and history left questions unanswered. A couple of times her definition of architecture style was incorrect. My partner and I had to leave the group although we had not finished the itinerary and there was still more to see, but due to a dinner reservation we couldn't extend our time to take in the rest of tour.. Overall, the walk was pleasant and the guide was well meaning. I take several tours every year in different countries. I would rate this experience lacking in any real knowledge or information outside of what I had already read in a tour book.
