I found the audio guide a bit of a pain. Since it is on your phone in a browser I had to login several times since it timed out. Also it will stop within a section if you want to take a picture. The user interface of the website needs some work. However the content is impressive.

I first have to say that the English gentleman who gave us a short introduction was good - otherwise not worth it. The biggest problem was that the audio guide could only be used via internet - which didn’t work for us being from out of the country and not wanting to pay roaming. The guide basically said we were out of luck. And truthfully the line to get a ticket and good audio headset was not that long. So really - not worth the money, just go to the ticket counter.

This tour suited us as we wanted to go at our own pace and take our time. It was easy to find the collection point for tickets and a good overview of the castle was given at the start . Good option if you don't want to commit to a full walking tour and prefer go at your own pace. Views are really nice at Castle.

We were very happy with our experience. We showed up to the address provided and just like we were told someone was there with a blue and white umbrella. A quick explanation of where you can go with your ticket and some history (around the 15mins stated). They then had a QR code to scan to get an online guide of what things were along the tour and our tickets along with a paper map of the area. The church was beautiful - by far the highlight of the area. It was well worth the visit and we are glad we didn’t miss it

It was a little chaotic upon arrival but we found our guide and he was very good in providing us details about the area, our tour, and our guide. When we scanned the QRC for the audio, I saved the login information but if you did not, we couldn’t find a way to log back into the guide. That should be improved but ither than that, all good!
