Valentina was very informative and was one my best tour guides ever. Great food on the boat tour and we were able to explore all over town, we hit each stop ahead of schedule and I would definitely 😀 suggest this tour to anyone looking to experience Prauge in a 6 hour period 😀 😉 😄 👍 😊

Be prepared for a LONG day of walking! You get to see a lot of interesting places and amazing views, but be prepared to ask for a moment to stop if you need a drink or toilet break because the day is go-go-go! It was a great introduction to the different historical areas of Prague though the boat ride itself was a bit disappointing.

It could have been a great tour but the guide wasn’t very talkative. He was a senior, I think this made the experience different since he didn’t really connect with us.
The tour is 95% walking. The only bus part is when they pick you up and they drop you at the highest point of Prague to come down to the water walking.
We took a break after an hour walking and than we had to walk 3 more hours.

The driver and tour guide were very nice. Tour guide had lots of good information/knowledge to share. She had to share in both English and German (which took time repeating the same thing). The pick up for us was great. But mishaps for other two parties. We were stuck in the van for over 2 hours (very warm and cramped). Seeing anything from van was tough if you were in a middle seat. Lunch was nice but should have been preordered to save time when we got there. Plus I have diet restrictions I included and tour guide acted surprised. Boat ride was the best part of the tour. The walking part seemed too rush to enjoy it. Would like to have an opportunity to take some more photos vs constantly following the flag and running to keep up. Hard to catch our breath it was moving non stop. Would recommend communication of what to expect during the day. We will visit these areas, eat lunch at this time, visit these areas and catch the boat at this time etc. Folks taking the tour very nice and made it better.

Not only was our guide very knowledgeable about everything we saw, but the entire tour was a delight. We liked the way the tour was broken up into sections of walking, riding ( van and boat), lunch, so that we didn’t get tired of the same thing for too long.

The most memorable part of the tour was the cruise on the river. It was relaxing seeing the beautiful architecture as we motored along.
I think the tour tried to cover too wide an area and we couldn't take in all the information provided. Also as the guide was speaking in German, then English this slowed us down and we found it difficult to understand the guide. We would have liked a little more time to take photos after the commentary.

The most thorough tour I can think about in Prague.
The guide, George, is brilliant, experienced, and gave us wonderful moments, by car, foot and on a boat.

There were no "memorable moments" on this tour. From the start, I paid for a tour in Spanish. This was the second bilingual tour, even though I specifically request a Spanish tour.
There were 8 people in total. The guide George, asked if we spoke English. I said "yes, but my friend only speaks Spanish." He said he spoke Spanish, but really doesn´t. I told George, I paid for a tour in Spanish because I didn´t want my friend or others to miss out. The bus ride was only to take us up to the castle. We WALKED the rest of the tour. George, instead of carrying an umbrella or stick, held his hand up for us to see and follow him. It was a medium to fast pace. There were A LOT of people. Throughout the tour,George gave dates and basic information. There were other guides who explained a lot more information. On the way to lunch, Geroge gave little or no information nor did he bother to check if all 8 of us were near. After lunch, there wasn´t any improvement. I did ask other guest their opinion. They shared similar concerns and disappointment. This tour was definitely not worth the money paid! I wish I could get a refund.

Dana was a very knowledgeable guide whether about architecture, religion, history or politics. We had a good workout (about 10km total walk) to all the key sights, a great lunch in a 14th century building and a relaxing river cruise. Dana is not superficial, but rather an intellectual guide.

We were picked up late in the morning, missed the start of the tour. The guide, was a lovely older gentleman, but he had a very very tenuous grasp of English.
You found this tour the same reason I did, because it's cheaper and available..... There is a reason. Go elsewhere.

We have used viator for tours all over the world and this was the WORST EVER! This city is beautiful and there are so many sites to see but the tour guide was surly and impatient. The tour started in a van. The microphone did not work. She was informed immediately and did nothing about it! She did not increase her voice an/or turn her head to assure we could hear.
Each site was rushed and she brushed off questions for those on the tour as if they were an annoyance.
I strongly encourage seeing this city but not with this guide.

Sophia, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and tried to be attentive to small group of six people. Unfortunately, the group consisted of four German-speaking individuals and two English-speaking. AS a result, half the time Sophia was forced to speak in German and the other half in English. Since the tour lasted the expected duration, that meant that only half the tour was in English. What was presented in English was interesting and valuable. The bus ride of the city was worthless because we sat three seats back in the van and couldn’t see out the front window, which is where Sophia was describing the buildings-both in German and English. Additionally, the bus was uncomfortable because our seats were in the sun and there was minimal air conditioning. Perhaps if more English was spoken, Sophia may have been able to describe better the relevance of Charles IV to Prague.

Sophia was the best tour guide. She took us to see all the sites in Prague. She was so knowledgeable about everything we saw. She explained in detail about the city. We enjoyed an authentic Czech lunch with her & even went on a boat ride down the Vltava river. We loved every minute with her. We will contact her the next time we travel to the Czech Republic, which hopefully be in the near future.
