Absolutely wonderful tour! Our guide, Steven, was the best! He was incredibly knowledgeable and a lot of fun! His in-depth knowledge of the castle and history of Prague truly brought the castle grounds to life. His quick wit and natural warmth made the tour feel like we were with an old friend. He also took the time to answer questions and offer recommendations for non-tour related experiences in the area. We had a memorable day at Prague castle and Steven’s tour was a big reason for that.

Great guide, unclear meeting point instructions

Our guide could not have been more helpful or knowledgable. She was great. We couldn’t find any clear instruction on where or how to meet her though; it’s a long street, so a very simple “at the tram stop on the top of the hill” in your joining instructions could have saved us 15 minutes of panic and phone calls.

The ticket wasn’t what we expected and caused a small glitch but turned out beneficial as we got some historical background information and saw places outside the castle that we may not have received had we just bought tickets directly at the castle. Martina was a gracious and informative guide.

It was very inconvenient to have to go to a redemption point to get ticket. Used Uber with address on the voucher. Driver unable to find it in spite of contacting support. Left us at a random place near castle FINALLY and had to walk uphill to find guide. I am old and made me tired and anxious. The tour guide was very good and no complaints. Just address that was given and trouble with contacting support.

Even though the guide and an employee of the tour company were 5 minutes late, we had a great tour. It turned out they had to find a replacement tour guide at the last minute and this gentleman was awesome. He took his time informing us about everything that we past on our walk to the castle.

Complete ripoff and waste of time

DON'T BUY THIS YOU DON'T NEED IT! There were only very short lines to buy tickets and audioguides at the castle. There are many different places you can do so, and we went on a crowded Sunday at the height of tourist season. So we were confused, because the tour guide meeting point was extremely inconvenient and difficult to find - on the exact opposite side of the castle from the main metro station you take to get there. So rather than waste our time walking around the entire big complex we decided to buy our own tickets since there was no line. The audioguide is also a decent tour guide.

False Advertising and Not Worth the Money

Our tour guide never showed up so we waited for an extra hour while it was raining. When the other tour guide got there they combined us with another couple. The "1-hour tour" was really a 30 minute walk to the line where he explained some history of the castle. As soon as we got in our guide left. Not worth the money or time that we spent waiting. Just buy a skip the line ticket and do some quick research yourself. If you want more info do a full tour.

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un tour privé, ce qui a permis d’en apprendre plus sur la ville et sur le château. Le seul problème rencontré a été de trouver l’endroit exacte du rendez-vous. Nous avions l’adresse de la place et une statue, mais personne autour ne savait nous répondre à savoir si c’était ce que nous cherchions. Cinq minutes avant l’heure de rendez-vous, tel qu’indiqué dans notre Voulcher, le guide s’est présenté et nous avons cessé de nous inquiéter.
