Patricia and Maria were excellent instructors. They coached us in the proper technique’s to prepare the different components of Pastel de Nata and the end result was a wonderful pastry and whole lot of fun. The studio was spacious and comfortable and the port and champagne were delicious. Highly recommended, but only if you’re ready to have a great time.

Great little workshop with good instruction and recipe provided so you can do these yourself at home. Thoroughly enjoyable!
Fun, informative and delicious would describe the evening. We all left with hands on tips to create these pastries at home.
Fantastic class with Luis and Joao. Very informative, well prepared and presented—and fun! The instructors’ insights were so helpful for making these delicious pastries, I can’t wait to make them at home. I highly recommend this class—well worth it, and the results were delicious!

We had so much fun in the pastel de nata cooking class! Maria is a wonderful instructor — patient, friendly, and makes everything feel so easy to follow. We’ve learned something new and really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend it!

Anne was good teacher. It's a workshop where everyone in the class does one element of the recipe. We had cocktails while waiting for the pastel de nata to bake and got to take 2 home. Good overall experience. Easy to find location. Recommended.

We arrived early, and Patricia and her team were ready. Its was easy to find, in a great little street in the center of everything.
The cooking part was easy, and a shared experience. Even a novice like myself was able to keep up.
Best of all, we all became friends around the table. Travelers from UK, France, and Germany shared their Porto experiences.
Everything came out perfectly, and we had a nice snack and some for the road.
I travel a lot, and found this one of the most enjoyable experiences.

We had a lot of fun learning to make Pastel de Nata. We also learned a little background about the delicious treat. Our host, Anna, was lovely, encouraging and helpful. We didn’t make the dough, but we did get the recipe.

It was a really nice experience. Every person did a part of the recipe. When the Natas are in the ofen you get drinks and the guide is telling you about the history of the sweets and things you can do in Porto.

We are a multinational team of 8 people and the workshop was a great surprise! Who would have thought that fostering team spirit could be so much fun (and so delicious)?
Well done to Patricia, our amazing course leader! Her clear instructions and helpful tips made the course a pleasure for everyone. Thanks to her guidance, we all feel confident that we can recreate this recipe at home. And not to forget - Patricia's sense of humour made the whole experience light and fun!
Overall, this workshop was a win-win. We learnt a new skill, grew together as a team and enjoyed delicious pastries along the way. Highly recommended!

We went into this experience without much expectations. The lady who guided the cooking show was friendly and funny. She helped incorporated everyone at the class and made it very relaxing even if you never cooked before. My 14 year old son was able to participate and he actually paid attention the entire time. While waiting for the pastry to cook, she served us a cocktail and played music. The pastry tasted delicious and we took the recipe home. The 1.5 hours went by very quickly.

The class was small with just 6 of us. She made sure that we all had a part in making these wonderful treats.
The only issue is that it is a shared space with a tile painting class that had 10-12 people so it did get a bit noisy with all of them. But I would still recommend this class if you want to learn how to make these.

We had such a lovely time at the workshop. Host was so friendly and helpful and made it a great experience to do with group of friends. Enjoyed making and then eating our Pastel de Nata. Location was great and we also enjoyed the drinks while cooking was being done.

She’s super organized and lets you try your hand at this pastry. But she’ll save you from yourself when your skills are not up to par.
A little port and a few sweets keeps the group going. A truly lovely experience.

Very beautiful, fun, educational, and participatory experience. Activity that is a bit outside the scope of a traditional tourist visit and that feels good! We finish it all off with a very nice little cocktail. You can eat your pastel de nata on-site or take them with you, and that is what we did to eat them later after our dinner. I highly recommend it to bring a bit of Portuguese cuisine home!!!👩🍳
