Fabulous boat trip along the river. Very relaxed, lovely enjoying the lights from the beautiful sailing boat and enjoying a chilled port and tonic. We all loved the trip, the skipper and Alfonso were so friendly and welcoming. 5* all round, we'd recommend it to everyone.

The sailboat and crew were lovely. Such a wonderful way to experience the beautiful city of Porto! It was relaxing sipping wine or Port as you glide down the river.

Hugo is the quintessential host. He made us feel "at home" on the sailboat. He is warm, friendly, and very professional. He showered us with attention, good conversation, vinho verde, porto, and snacks. It was a smooth sailing in the Douro thanks to Hugo and the captain.

This was such a highlight of the trip to Porto! We first booked the sunset cruise but ended up doing the 17:30-19:00 and it was perfect conditions! Sun was setting but it was still hot enough to not having to ruin your outfit with a jacket (end of June/22-24 Celsius). The captain and his skipper were great hosts and the green wine amazed all of our guests. The kids got snacks and iced tea and had the best time. Highly recommend!!

The guide was great, very personable and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating with my limited mobility. Very beautiful going down the river! Very relaxing and I definitely would recommend this tour!

I expected a crowded boat full of tourists, but instead it was a small, friendly group of us boarding a fresh white sailboat, sitting comfortably on the deck with gorgeous 360° views. We were served drinks (cocktail, wine, iced tea or water) and snacks by Claudia who grew up in Porto and was so knowledgeable and fun to chat with - and very helpful with excellent recommendations for authentic, local fare. This is the perfect break from non-stop city exploration, tired feet and information overload. Kick back and float for a couple hours! You won’t regret it. 👌

Very relaxed tour, only five passengers on our boat, very friendly guide, choice of drinks & nibbles.
It’s a sailing boat with an engine but that means it cannot pass under the Poiinta bridge but it’s still a great experience

Raphael was the perfect captain for us who were new to Portugal from Kenya. He was able to give us a guide about porto during the ride.

We had such a lovely time sailing with the tour guides and this boat. Everyone was fluent in several languages and well versed with explaining the history of the area.

Jose was a wonderful guide - this is a 1.5 hr, small group river cruise that allows you to see the entire city of Porto from the river. Beautiful views and José gives just enough information to you to explain some facts about Porto and Gaia but also gives you time to enjoy the views. We didn’t want to go to the wineries, so this cruise was perfect for us!
