Really enjoyed this session. I found the educator very friendly, entertaining and informative. I already loved port and now enjoy it even more knowing more about the different types and what to pair them with. Would come back again and recommend. Thanks so much for the experience!

All five of us enjoyed this experience. Rui was informative and entertaining. We thought we might be in the wrong place initially because it looked like a travel agency or something like that when we walked in. But the port tasting was held in a little curtained off room and it really was cozy.

This was truly where to learn about Porto, making it, tasting it and the difference. Our guide was amazing and extremely knowledgeable having been raised surrounded by the production. A perfect way to begin a Portugal trip!

Really interesting and engaging, plenty of great ports to try and ended up with celebrating becoming a Granny with some lovely people. Sharing an extra bottle at the table too. Perhaps a bit too noisy for the next group? :)

I walked in expecting an average tasting experience, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed! The Porto wines were not “basic” super-famous ones, but were all produced by a little family-owned winery. The experience was paired with excellent food that enriched the tasting experience. But the best part (beside the last wine, spoiler!) was Andre explanation. He is an excellent storyteller and is very passionate about wine, and it shows! 100% recommended!

Tito was a fantastic host. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I’m not a massive port lover but have been somewhat converted. Definitely worth doing if you don’t want to spend a majority of your day tasting ports or travelling to taste port!

Christine was very welcoming when we arrived and Rui and gave an excellent introduction to Port and pairings. The wine and pairings were delicious. Rui made us feel right at home. We actually enjoyed this more than wine tasting alone. Great experience!

Absolutely amazing, highly recommend. Great group size, taught a friend how to open a bottle of sparkling with a knife as it was her birthday! We ended up staying longer than expected as we had such a good time. Andre (I think!) was great, really knowledgeable and good fun!

We really enjoyed learning about Port wine production and the differences across types. The group size (10)was perfect. The 5 ports and pairings were delicious and we really liked the relaxed pace. The pours were generous. Our presenter encouraged us to ask questions and included his own stories to make the conversation interesting.

We booked this experience as it was central and reasonably priced, but we were not expecting it to be so good. It went beyond our expectations and was just simply amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke 4 different languages, so even though it was an English language session he was able to speak to the french and spanish speakers with ease. Great delivery and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Would highly recommend

I was running late and lost. But they were able to accommodate my tasting. There were a variety of tastings that changed the experience of the various ports. I didn't know that olives gave a tongue coating that reduced the alcohol burn. There was also cheese, bread, and chocolate.

It was a lovely experience! It lasted for about an hour and the wines we sampled were really good. It was lovely to get the history behind each type of wine. You could tell the host was experienced and he was very friendly. I would definitely do it again.
