It was amazing! The guide had a great knowledge of everything and we felt very safe with him. We are only two on the tour and he was patient and even agreed to bring us to the pineapple plantations since we had extra time. I 100% recommend!!

The vender said they never received the confirmation for the Tour. Even though I received 2-3 messages of confirmation before the tour. The vender that work with Viator was very rude and she tried to brush me off and set me up with taxi driver who could not do the actually tour for us. I was terribly disappointed and frustrated because it was an experience lost. I do not know when I will be able to visit Azores again!

As the tour operator , in the case of your booking we did not receive an email notification of your Booking , we have checked and it was a glish as your tour was booked ,and atomatacly comfirmed by our sistem, but we were not made awere of the booking by normal means (email).
We were also were very disapointed that we could not give you any options and a tour to enjoy our paradise Island!
We will implement a re-cheking procedure of everybooking in viator platform, weekly in summer moths and monthly in the winter.

Would be much better if completed with the whole trekking around the lake.

Tour guide, Miguel was excellent. Fog prevented a clear view of the lagoa, but he pivoted and showed us other interesting sights. We will tour with him on our next visit to S Miguel.
