Great night sky experience with informed, pleasant team.

Enjoyable and informative night sky experience - all the telescope operators were enthusiastic about their subject and the principle speaker Kieran showed an in-depth knowledge whilst keeping the talk accessible and engaging. Our driver Libby was prompt on arrival, clear in her directions and great chat throughout. Do wrap up warm though (as the info advises, as it's cold up high at night). Recommend.

We had an excellent experience with White Tenerife. The communication prior to going on the trip was very good and they were very accommodating when we requested a change to our departure time just the day before the trip. The staff on board were very welcoming and when some of our party suffered from sea sickness, they were so kind and attentive. My 3 year old grandson was also sick but they made the trip special by letting him take to the helm. We did get to see pilot whales and dolphins which was magical and the crew gave some very interesting facts about them. The company was respectful of the animals and kept a fair distance. They provided a cheese and ham roll for lunch and there was plenty of drink available. We would definitely recommend this trip and the company.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! When we were originally scheduled for the tour, my husband unfortunately wasn’t feeling well. The staff were incredibly understanding and immediately worked with us to reschedule without any stress. They got back to us quickly and made the whole process super easy, which we really appreciated. When we finally did the tour, the vibe was awesome. The staff were so laid back, friendly, and genuinely cool to talk to. They made everyone feel comfortable and it felt more like hanging out with friends than being on a typical tour. The GoPro videos were also fantastic quality and such a great way to remember the experience afterward. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip and I would recommend it to absolutely everyone looking for a fun way to explore!

I must say from the minute Lola picked us up the moment she dropped us off we had a fantastic experience. Great day today with our guide Coco. After reading some of the bad reviews I was a bit worried, but Coco is a great guide. Although I was struggling a bit to keep up, there were lots of breaks, allowing to catch up. He also explained everything to everybody, and was very helpful. Now about the ride itself, a word of advice, if you're not fit, you will struggle. Even if you may be a bit strong, if you lack endurance, you will struggle. This is like a bit of cardio exercise. And after all, it will also depend on luck if the ride will be eventful. Sea may be choppy, bad weather, poor visibility in water, no wildlife, they can happen, and it won't be under anyone's control. We were lucky today, we saw a few bottle nose dolphins, and I think a brown turtle. I missed most of it but the turtle almost bumped into my friend's kayak. Any way, the main reason for me to be on this trip was the snorkeling, which was quite fun, at least for me. Some people were a bit cold in the water. So, all in all, the trip is worth it, and the guide was brilliant. Thank you Coco!

A fantastic 2 hours

We booked this experience in advance as we were on a Canary Island cruise and didn't want to miss this opportunity after reading previous excellent reviews. We docked at Santa Cruz and took a local bus to Costa Adeje and made out way to the meeting point. Our captain/guide met us as arranged together with 7 others. Once onboard we ventured out into the ocean and within 20 minutes we were spotting whales! We carried on and saw more and more. Suddenly dolphins appeared - jumping up, playing and swimming beside us! It was a fantastic 2 hours! A day which will live with me forever. If any reader has doubts then just book it and see for yourself.

Great experience would recommend

I was picked up on time and taken to the venue were we were given the H&S instructions etc On the road the guides were continually ensuring our H&S with good traffic management they were informative of the tour and we stopped at a nice cafe for refreshments. As it were October the higher we got the colder it got on the bikes so make sure you take warm clothing but again the guides were checking we were ok. All in all a good experience and felt safe both guides were excellent

Very friendly staff who tried very hard to look after and entertain everyone on board. As promised we saw some dolphins and lots of whales. It was amazing to see them in their natural environment.
