We had a great experience, but got POURED ON. We got back to our cruise ship shivering. However, Felipe was very kind and even let us ride back into Ponta Delgada with him so that we didn’t have to pay for a taxi. The countryside itself was gorgeous and the info that we learned was very interesting.

I was worried about finding the right location once our Ship arrived in Ponta Delgado, but it was easy. Just go right when you hit the main street in front of the cruise terminal. You will see the kiosk for ANC Azores Holidays about 180 yards down the main road in front of cruise terminal. They will sign you in and take you by bus or van to location where quads are located. You will drive all over the island for around 3 1/2 hours, stopping at some really breathtaking sites. Bring a jacket and gloves because the temperature at the top of the volcano can get pretty cold, and rain and clouds roll in fast sometimes. It rained on us coming down the volcano road, but it just made for a more exciting story to share. I know you will love this excursion.

Hands down the best excursion I have ever been on. It was raining and we got soaked, but it was well worth it. It allowed us to see the real Ponta Delgada. Riding through the countryside and down into the volcano crater to Sete Cidades was an adventure that my family and I will always remember. Our group was able to have a well needed hot cup of cappuccino and delicious locally made pastry inside the crater. It was such a beautiful area! We can't wait to visit again and go on this same excursion! Our guide, Luis (?), was the best! He was informative, funny, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the area.

Experience was excellent for all 5 of us - 3 had never driven an ATV before and felt comfortable right away - guide, Ruben, was fun and kept everyone together for the duration of the excursion. Saw incredible views on this spectacular island. Highlight of our trip! Highly recommend for anyone that's feeling a titch adventurous!

This has been the highlight of our trip so far. Luis was an incredible guide, he even spoke french with us. Driving through the amazing scenery of the island and making all the best stops, sometimes in places we couldn't really have accessed otherwise. The 4 hours quad tour was mind-blowing. We had the time of our lives. Highly recommend!!! 10 stars out of 5 ;)

Had a wonderful half day on the Quads. The only disappointment was we didn't get the photo opportunity that's in the advertisement. If it's on the cooler side of the weather rug up. . Thank you for a great time. Guides were super friendly.

This quad tour was incredible. Best thing we’ve done on our trip so far. It takes you up to several lookouts of Sete Cidades, all the while the view on either side is so stunning, the lush green beauty of the landscape is indescribable, you have to see it yourself! We ATV’d around the entire rim looking over the crater, it was amazing. Best morning ever. 1000/10 recommend!

Short ride from Ponta Delgada through quaint town into a magical landscape of lush farm land and stunning landscape. Tour guide Felipe was excellent with local knowledge. Sete Cidades tour was truly a highlight of our trip. The views were breathtaking!

Horrendous experience, vehicles are in a very poor state and repaired in a very careless way if repaired and are not up to standard to be driven especially in off-road parts of the island and if the vehicles malfunction, serious injuries can occur. During our trip we had an incident and were forced to pay for scratches we didn’t make, we were also told that the mirror that was broken in the incident could be repaired with no additional cost but was still charged the money for it anyway and when asked to see the waiver that was signed by us, the manager refused to show it to us! An overall horrible experience, be careful of this company and will hope that some legal actions will be taken towards this company!

Andres, our guide, led us on a wonderful tour of the Sete Cidades and the surrounding area. He was mindful of our safety but also ensured we had a blast! The view was spectacular from the top and riding the quad was so much fun! Sylvia took good care of us and brought us back to Ponta Delgada after our fun was over, all while chatting with us about the local culture. 5 stars!

The excursion was really great, amazing view of the countryside. The weather turned really bad and I had to ride with the guys ( I was not dressed for cold/rainy weather )which allowed me to learn more about this great island. I truly recommend this trip !!!!! A+++

While it was a wet and miserable day we had a blast on the Quad and enjoyed what we could see. Felt self tge whole time and our guide Andre did a great job of keeping us together and making it fun. We will do again some day and hope to be able to see what we missed due to weather!

An amazing experience. The guide was fantastic. Some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen and I don’t think you can get to this viewpoint with a car. Suggest you being gloves as they are not provided.

Beautiful scenery!!! Drive along backroads and paths not accessible by car. We drove along the mountain ridge which gave gorgeous views of the lake. If you go in the winter months , dress warmly including gloves. It gets windy and cold at the top of the mountain. An experience and memory of a lifetime for our family of 4

The meeting point was easy find off our cruise ship and we had an amazing ride through the countryside and to the top of the cauldron and down the valley inside. The views were absolutely amazing and photos cannot do it justice.
