This experience was absolutely magic from start to finish, from the pick up with a great driver to the history of Pompeii and our extremely passionate tour guide, followed by the most authentic cooking class with Sabrina and her nephew who were so welcoming, experienced and kind, we learned so much. To top the day off our return driver Roberto shared so much knowledge with us! 11/10 highly recommend this tour!!!!!

Of a two week cruise with stops all through Europe, including Spain, France, Italy this was probably our favorite add-on excursion! Beautiful area outside where we made the pasta and our hostess was delightful and very accommodating. And our pasta was delicious!💝

It was an exceptional afternoon. Sabrina was a wonderful hostess. She not only told us how to make the food, but also shared with us the cultural importance of the food that we made. She was extremely gracious and give us a tour of her gardens and we ate on her picturesque patio. You eat with the view of mount Vesuvius. I would recommend this activity to anyone who is in the Naples area. It’s a wonderful way to spend the afternoon, especially after visiting the ruins of Pompeii or simply as an afternoon to get out and see the countryside. We felt completely at home and very comfortable with Sabrina at all times.

Just Wonderful! Our guide through Pompeii was amazing and our cooking experience with Sabrina was A+. This was our kids’ favorite part of our trip. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Very well done... Instructions were east to follow... lunch was amazing. Beautiful experience in a great setting. We had appetizer, homemade wine, made our own raviolis, afterwards had lemincillo and a freshly baked cake. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Pompeii was very informative and interesting but it was hot! Our guide was kind and knowledgeable. The real highlight was the cooking class with Sabrina. She was amazing. Her garden was beautiful and the food was the best we have eaten in Italy so far. It felt like more of a gathering with friends than a paid excursion. The food, the wine, the atmosphere and the company was top notch. We had a group aged from 19 to 63 and everyone loved this experience!

Absolutely fantastic experience, Annalisa lead us on a great tour of Pompeii and we saw things we would have otherwise missed. The cooking class with Sabrina was wonderful, she showed us her garden and taught us to make the best ravioli and cake of my life! Cannot recommend this experience enough, great value!

The tour in the morning was fantastic! We had a small tour group that stayed together the entire time as we walked through the Pompeii ruins. Then, transportation was provided to the cooking class at Sofia’s house. It was so intimate as it was in her own backyard. Using ingredients from Sofia’s own garden, we made the best ravioli and cake, and we drank wine homemade by Sofia’s family. She was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed just sitting and speaking with her alongside the cooking experience. Would highly recommend! Much more fun than a larger-style cooking class in the city. After our meal, a driver picked us up and took us back to the train station. Overall, a great value and must-do in Pompeii!

We really wanted to tour Pompeii and go on a cooking class during our stay in Italy and this experience was the perfect combination of both. We spent two hours with our tour guide who gave us a great run through of life before mount Vesuvius erupted as well as the aftermath. He took us around all the major sites saving us time by redirecting our route when certain attractions were too busy and similar to ones we had seen previously. He did a great job of explaining all the different types of houses, roads and buildings across Pompeii.
We next moved onto the cooking class led by Sabrina and our driver/translator Lorenzo. Before starting we were given a lovely tour of Sabrina's garden and all the fresh produce we were going to be eating. We were provided with fresh bruscetta and homemade chilled wine to start with which was a perfect accompaniment to the summer day. Sabrina and Lorenzo explained in detail the recipe and techniques for making ravioli and tiramisu and we got to then try it ourselves. Not long after we got to sit down and eat what we had prepared which was a simple but tasty pasta dish which we will definitely be making more of when we return home.
Sabrina and Lorenzo were warm and welcoming and we really appreciated them allowing us into their space and teaching us how to cook these dishes. One member of our party had a nut allergy and they were extremely accommodating by changing their normal menu just for us. Overall it was one of the best days we've ever experienced in Italy and we cannot recommend this experience enough
