David from Flat Tire Tours was an excellent guide. He filled our wait times with a plethora of historic facts about Paris and entertained us with funny anecdotes. The scenery was Amazing and David brought it to life with the history of the Tower.

First time in Paris, first day, first landmark and with all that pressure (😅) Toby did a great job pointing out landmarks, sharing the Tower’s history and leading us thru security and lines. Tickets and check in was easy and pleasant. Would recommend!

The tour guide was intelligent and advised us of the history of the Eiffel Tower however, the issue with the tour is that there were no earphones hence it was difficult to hear the tour guide at all times. I travelled to various other cities such as Venice and Rome and their tour operators had a system with ear phones. The tour company should invest in this equipment!

Our guide Kim was great. The visit took all afternoon, there were some lines here and there but not too bad. Nice when you don’t have to figure out where to go and just can follow the guide. We learned a lot from our guide about the tower and other Paris buildings. My kids (8 and 11) also enjoyed it and liked Kim a lot too.

Travel Guide did a good job. Terrible location for your office. You should state that office was on side around corner. Very disappointed tat we couldn’t go higher in the Tower.

We didn't skip any lines!! Given our tickets by the tour operators with a face value of approximately a third of what we had been charged. Stood in line with everyone else in boiling temperatures and no shade. As a 70 year old with a heart condition I am prepared to pay extra for good experiences. This wasn't one of them!!

The tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the history associated with the Eiffel Tower. We had a nice walk to the tower and took pictures before heading up.

Please refund the tour fee l Ss the standard entry fee. Stating ‘skil the line’ implies there would be virtually no waiting. We had to waste 30mins going to the tour office and waiting 45 mins in line to Eiffel Tower.

My niece and I were traveling to Paris for a long-awaited trip. I scheduled this tour so she could experience the best of the Eiffel Tower. We were not disappointed! Zoja was our tour guide and she was amazing. She was down to earth, helpful, and very informed about the history of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What can you say, it is the Eiffel Tower. Awesome. Anna/Ana (sorry) was great. She took great care of us and our daughter (13yo) really enjoyed talking with her.
Small Group is the only way to go to avoid the chaos.

As advertised. Easy meet up with the tour guide and LOTS of great information shared about the history. Easy access to the first and second floor and tour guide found a way to get us up to the very top despite signs saying it was closed that day. Fantastic views from all floors and one of the highlights of the trip.

Not worth it. Nice group of people that worked there but the tour started when you got to the meeting place but we didn't enter the eifel tower for another hour.
Too spread out so hard to hear the guide...meh.
Do it yourself but make sure you buy the summit tix.

Very knowledgable tour guide who was also very humerous. And we were lucky since we were the only two who booked the tour, it was not just a small-group, but a private tour~ only one thing, the tour company should have told us that the eiffel has a lot of dust so that i could avoid long pants and avoid sweeping the floor.
