For nearly triple the price per person all I received was the entrance fee when it was advertised as having a guide. The instructions gave a meet up address, the time and said a rep who would have a white flag. When the time came and went I learned after sending a message to customer service that ‘there was no guide with this tour and tickets were emailed directly to me just before my ‘meet up’ and ‘we were to enter on our own thru gate 2.’ I was also instructed to download an app which allowed me access to a listen to a taped story of the history of the Eiffel Tower. So I found that this advertised ‘tour’ was a complete sham and I hope you don’t waste your money like I did.

Was good, but was very confused about where to get the tickets. There was a meeting point listed on the email so I went there. Eventually ended up calling them and they had sent me my tickets on WhatsApp, but I had no idea they were gonna do that. The nice people at the towerlet us go in even though we were past our time.

I signed up for Sunday evening. Week or so before, contacted that the time was wrong in the app. Only choice was Wednesday morning. They kept trying to contact me with WhatsApp instead of texting or calling. Went to meeting place Wednesday. No one was there. Went to WhatsApp and they had just attached two tickets.

It was a wonderful experience! I was always supported by someone from the team who made the organization super easy for me, with this ticket I was able to save a lot of time given the long line, time that I spent admiring the splendid view of Paris! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Eiffel Tower! Paris and the Eiffel Tower filled my heart, a trip to absolutely do at least once, I recommend this option for the really good price and the excellent service!

My trip to the Eiffel Tower was an amazing experience. The structure is even more impressive in person, and the views from the top are absolutely stunning. The ride up was quick, and once we reached the top, the sweeping view of Paris was unforgettable, especially as the lights of the city began to glow at night. The host at the meeting point was welcoming and made the whole process easy. His friendly demeanor really added to the overall experience, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the visit. If you're in Paris, the Eiffel Tower is definitely worth seeing, and having such attentive hosts made it even more enjoyable.
