My sons and I had a horrible experience with this tour. We showed up and were told by the tour guide that the tour operator only provided her two of our three tickets, even though she could see that we had paid for three tickets. I had received a confirmation of our reservation when we paid, then again one day prior to the tour, and again an hour prior to the tour. The tour guide put me on the phone with the tour operator, and the tour operator acknowledged it was their fault, but that they couldn’t do anything about it, and that we wouldn’t all be able to go on the tour. In addition, the tour guide herself did not have a ticket, so she sent the rest of the tour guests up on their own. So the rest of the people effectively paid a lot more for general admission tickets without getting any sort of tour or history about the tower. In the end, we did get a refund, but it was devastating as it was a bucket list item for my sons and we couldn’t enjoy this together. There are a lot of negative reviews about this tour, I should’ve listened.

Alexandra gave us a quick tour of the Eiffel Tour and its history. We were able to explore the Tour at night which was an amazing experience. We went in March so pack a warm jacket. It’s cool and windy on the summit and 2nd floor

We booked and time was drastically changed the night before with only notice sent on rarely used app. I was called two minutes before tour saying your out of luck. They did agree to a refund which was the right thing to do. it may be fine as long as you are properly notified of time change and agree to it.

The guide didn’t have the flag as stated in the directions. I had to contact Viator to find the guide. He walked us up to the entrance he said. Enjoy your day and left us to walk in the entry point for skip the line ticket.

The description said skip the line, which is not true. You have the same wait and same access point as everyone else, only with a guide which wasn't necessary. Our guide was very informative and had great energy, but overall, we didn't need help finding our way to the top of the tower. Overall, if we hadn't booked this experience, we wouldn't have been able to get tickets, so it was worth it in the end. Like everywhere else in Paris in July, there were huge crowds, half of which were Instagram influences trying to do a photo shoot among the throngs of people. The views were amazing. We had fun on the glass floors.

Can’t visit Paris without visiting the Eiffel Tower. The view from the summit is breathtaking especially at sunset (plan to be there 1 hour prior to sunset). The visit of the tower itself is 5 ⭐️. The reason I only gave 3 is because the guide is not helpful and the tour is 3-4 x more expensive than buying tickets directly from official Eiffel Tower website. There is a catch though , on official website tickets sell almost immediately so you are left with no option but to buy through second party vendors.

This tour offers no information, it is just a “skip the line” sort of booking, and will get you to the summit as well as the other floors. Our guide was a half hour late, and we had arrived early so it was a long time waiting in the cold! There was a woman there sending groups in and told us our guide was on the way and kept updating us that he was coming. It would be nice to have learned some info about the Eiffel Tower but that is not part of what this event offers.

The “tour” is a guide meeting you a block from the Eiffel Tower and walking you to the ticketing counter. If the tour companies didn’t buy all the tickets to resell them at twice the price, we could have gotten tickets ourselves.
Booking confirmation had two different meeting addresses list. Our guide was not at either of them. We finally contacted support and he immediately sent a WhatsApp message with a completely different address. He asked why we went to the other addresses. When I showed him the email he shrugged and said he didn’t meet people there because that’s where all the tours meet.
It was fine but completely unnecessary tour.

The location of the meeting point was changed and we were not notified. I had to contact the company to resolve this problem. Our ticket was bought at the time at the regular ticket shop by the guide. The guide itself was friendly and efficient and was fundamental for us to have access to the top of the tower, which was a positive aspect.

I had 3 addresses to collect my tickets: 24 January I have the address: 9 with de la Bourbonnais, then another email: 19 ave de la Bourbonnais and arrive 30 min in advance we went several times to 9 and 19 ave de la Bourbonnais!
