The only thing that went wrong was I didn’t understand how to get the appropriate tickets to get into the Orsay and Rodin. Vistor should not send tickets that act as tickets that aren’t accepted by these museums. Thank god that some folks at the Orsay helped me find the tickets but this should be in the info you send to us. It was very upsetting as it was happening.
Entrance went very smoothly once I downloaded the tickets. The email is not the ticket, read carefully.
Go to any part of the Museum you want! Start up on the 5th floor or start w the sculptures in the center main floor. Beautiful museum, beautiful building. Very nice balance of art and space. Some rooms get crowded but plenty of space to find and enjoy the collection. Late night maybe summer only on Thursday was especially nice. We did the package w the Rodin museum and started there first. D’Orsay was so nice to enjoy after the Rodin Museum.
Gets you a ticket for both museums. Super simple and easy experience. No problems at all and it accounted for my kids too.
Great combo pack. You can spend all day at either museum but if your time is limited it is nice to make a stop at both!
Museum Dorsee is a well designed museum with great works of art. The Holocaust retrieved art was especially interesting. The museum Rodin was less interesting, but still worthwhile
Overall - very well - of course the Impressionist Exhibition (Van Gogh, Degas, Renoir and Monet) on the fifth floor are worth the trip - however the wheelchair/disability access is not well marked and the elevators are small. Give your self time and patience.
It is a very nice art museum. Really enjoyed the large collections of Impressionistic Art. I would go again.
Your ticket for this event needs to be a downloaded pdf ticket not the one sent by Viator. Otherwise quite easy
It is impossible to see in one visit. Select what you would like to see ahead of time. Use an audioguide.
Upon arrival the tickets downloaded from Viator were not recognized by the Muse de Orsay, it was a lengthy & stressful experience but we were finally able to obtain tickets and enter the museum.
Go to the Orsay first- earlier the better. It is a larger and busier museum. No issues with long queues.
Gives you flexibility to do what you want when. You are not tied to a firm schedule. Having a ticket ahead of time is wonderful.
The Musee d’ Orsey was our favorite museum in Paris. My daughter and I were able to see so many paintings and sculptures that we already recognized and loved, as well as learn about related artists and works. The museum is much easier to navigate than others in the city. The only downfall is that there was not a lot of information on the voucher for where to be, or when. Fortunately, the two ticket agents saw our overwhelm, along with our paid vouchers, and just waved us in.
My favorite museum was just too crowded to enjoy. Aguard was rude to me. Lines for the bathrooms were long. We had reserved tickets in advance. Surely they can come up with a reasonable number of guests and then limit it. Took a friend and was so embarrassed. Lunch in the upstairs cafe was nice. Still confusing to visit--I never saw the one piece I had come to see.
These museums are everything one would hope to see in a wonderful museum. Viator made it easy to enter by skipping the line.

The Museum was amazing, the variety of paintings and the sculptures rival any museum in Paris. Unfortunately I had ticketing issues that took over an hour to clear up and in the end, the museum just let me in without my ticket.
The museum is large, but easy to get around. We needed a wheelchair, which we were able to borrow from the museum. It’s a bit confusing to get to the second floor exhibits, but otherwise it’s very accessible.
The Rodin museum also has wheelchairs you can borrow.
These museums are a MUST see! We loved them and considered them two of the best. We would not have missed either of these museums!!

We had an amazing experience at the D’Orsay & Rodin museums. We enjoyed a spectacular lunch at the D’Orsay. The restaurant is a jewel & not to be missed!
Needless to say, the art was fabulous.
Museum was great—as expected. Purchase was easy. Use of tickets was NOT GOOD! Showed the D’Orsay my Viator tickets at the entrance and was denied entry without explanation. After a few minutes, I made contact with the Viator vendor who asked that I get D’Orsay ticket taker on the phone to talk. Ticket taker I tried first refused, but her colleague took the call. They spoke for a few minutes and then put me back in phone. Viator operator then said that the Viator platform was jacked up and he would get me tix via alt method. He emailed pdf which finally worked. Too much hassle—Viator should fix this immediately.
It was amazing. In one art gallery I didn't expect so many paintings of impressionist and post impressionist masters.
It was nice to be able to go through the museums on our own time. We chose not to have a guided tour and that was just fine. For my sister, an artist, the Rodin museum was an experience of a lifetime.
Horrible experience, I was scammed twice for two museum tickets and customer support lied •the supplier• not willing to refund when I did contact supplier as well, and they had no record of such request made by Viator. In fact, Louvre reps said they are “tired of customers complaining for same reasons and hope someone starts a law suit against Viator one day”

The combo we purchased was an excellent choice: Orsay Museum + Rodin Museum. Two absolutely magnificent museums that left stars in our eyes! We also had almost no wait thanks to the skip-the-line option. It was smooth and pleasant. The most agreeable aspect is the professionalism of our interlocutor, Rachid, who was charming, responsive and constantly available to answer our questions. Rachid made our experience even more enjoyable. For those going to Paris, we highly recommend using the services of Paris Odyssey.
I requested support while at the Orsay museum because the barcode I received did not work. I never received the tickets via my email. I have requested a refund via What’s App support. The details never stated the tickets would be delivered via email or what’s app. Please refund.
