Met Clement on time and we got up in the Eiffel Tower with no problems. Our guide was very nice and made sure we were all together and in the appropriate spot to get into the queue. Very helpful.

We paid and have a receipt for the summit and when we got there they only had tickets for the second floor. Our tour showed two hours including the summit. We had a one hour tour and the actual tour time on the second floor was no more than 15 minutes. We cannot get a hold of anyone to help us as we paid a huge difference for the summit tour.

Nice tour of the Eiffel Tower. Our guide gave a knowledgeable history review before heading up the elevator to the 2nd floor for our first view. We were then free to head up to the 3rd floor for a good look around. We had plenty of time to explore and move back down to the 2nd and 1st floors at our own pace. Crowds were manageable. Highly recommend!

We met with Denise ready to begin our tour of the Notre Dane Cathedral. Our tour was supposed to be outside and then inside of the cathedral. For some reason Denise only had our tour going on the outside of the cathedral. It was the same with the five other couples. My wife and I opted out of our tour and are expecting a full refund for our missed tourz

The guide sent a message that she would be holding a white flag , as that would seem good as hundreds of tourists were there . We all looked for a white flag as there was NO WHITE FLAG . We were ripped off by this company !! As the guide told the company she had a white flag . BS !!

I’m not sure what I actually paid for. The tour was a very brief overview of the history of the tower and a ticket to the tower. In fairness we went to the summit at the guidance of our tour guide to avoid a long line which did work but I was expecting more guidance on what I was seeing from the tower. I would have just purchased a ticket for the tower and skipped the tour.

The Eiffel Tower Tour was ok, our guide was a nice guy but we felt that he didn't provide a ton of value for the added expense of the tour. Also, a few people on our tour had tickets that did not work and the guide had to take much of the time fixing that issue so we only got about 5 minutes with him on the second deck before our tour was over. Would have been just as easy to buy the tickets and tour the site ourselves.

Fabulous guide Ope and experience to get us up the tower. One of the elevators stopped working before we came down and it was a treacherous stair decline in the late evening with kids. Only other option was waiting in a cramped hour + line in the freezing cold. Wasn’t the guides fault as they leave once you’re up there but did impact our overall experience.

Better to do in your own. The guide was 15 minutes late. Took time to send each person airdrop tickets. We did not leave meeting spot until 35 minutes from tour start time. A few bad jokes . Too us thru line into elevator. Pointed out a few short landmarks and said “ au revoir” in 15 minutes. Polite but that’s it

We had the most unforgettable experience on our visit to the Eiffel Tower. Our trip to the summit was pretty intense. A we ended up being stuck at the top for an hour and a 1/2 because of a hailstorm! Other than that we had a great time.

It was canceled the day of, not enough people for a tour guide. Offered 50% off and still gave us our tickets (which saved us some time not waiting to purchase tickets) with an audio tour. So just ok.

Visiting the Eiffel Tower was an incredible experience that exceeded all expectations.
I opted for a guided tour, and it was well worth it. The guide was friendly and shared interesting tidbits about the history of the Eiffel Tower, making the experience much more engaging than just admiring the view.
The ascent to the top was smooth and efficient, and as we made our way up, the views of Paris unfolded before us—truly spectacular! From the top, you could see the entire city. The panoramic views were absolutely worth the price of admission.
The entire experience was both educational and awe-inspiring, making it one of the highlights of my time in Paris. I highly recommend the Eiffel Tower tour to anyone visiting the city—it’s a must-do!
