Unfortunately it felt like a waste of time vs other tours I’ve done with viator. Very little information was shared period. And most of it was commonly known. The young lady was nice but honestly I expected more.

We waited 15-20 minutes for part of the group that was late. At some point she met the leader of that group but was convinced it wasn’t them. Later we waited 10 more minutes only to find out it was them. The guide was very unhelpful. We couldn’t hear her half the time. She didn’t explain a lot. She didn’t teach us about history or explain anything. When we got to the top we asked her how to get down; she didn’t explain it well and left us. She couldn’t keep everyone together (she lost part of the group and seemed complacent with it) the family had to find the group themselves. She took off a couple times ahead of the group. We were lucky to find her already waiting for the elevator ahead of us for the summit. I’ve done this tour before with a guide and it was a memorable experience with a lot of knowledge passed. At this price point, the guide we received was an embarrassment to tour guides. I would love a full or partial refund.

Our guide was really good as keeping our group together and educating us on the building and consequently more modern uses for the Eiffel Tower. He knew how to navigate the lines and repeatedly gave practically information for going up and then back down. It made for a fun evening!

Nice experience to see the Eiffel tower at night. We went to the 9pm time slot. Bring a sweater, it gets breezy up on the 2nd level and the summit. Lots of opportunities to take nice photos as you are waiting in line to get through security. We met our guide near the entrance. He guided us to the lines and which elevator to take. You will get to see the second level and then take another elevator to the summit. We did get to see the tower sparkle since we were inside. Beautiful views at the top. You are able to stay as long as you want once on top.

Clement is great. Tour start time is 30 mins before ticket time for the Eiffel Tower. Clement goes over great history and details of the Eiffel. Still need to line up for the elevators. So plan time - at least 2 hrs for summit and 2nd floor.

Met Clement on time and we got up in the Eiffel Tower with no problems. Our guide was very nice and made sure we were all together and in the appropriate spot to get into the queue. Very helpful.

Nothing else like it. The history, the view and an amazing sunset. Take a late evening tour and you will witness a breathtaking sunset

We paid and have a receipt for the summit and when we got there they only had tickets for the second floor. Our tour showed two hours including the summit. We had a one hour tour and the actual tour time on the second floor was no more than 15 minutes. We cannot get a hold of anyone to help us as we paid a huge difference for the summit tour.

Our tour guide, Flavia, was friendly and informative. She took our family’s picture on the second floor, and then showed us how to take the elevator to the summit. Definitely recommend this tour.

Nice tour of the Eiffel Tower. Our guide gave a knowledgeable history review before heading up the elevator to the 2nd floor for our first view. We were then free to head up to the 3rd floor for a good look around. We had plenty of time to explore and move back down to the 2nd and 1st floors at our own pace. Crowds were manageable. Highly recommend!

We met with Denise ready to begin our tour of the Notre Dane Cathedral. Our tour was supposed to be outside and then inside of the cathedral. For some reason Denise only had our tour going on the outside of the cathedral. It was the same with the five other couples. My wife and I opted out of our tour and are expecting a full refund for our missed tourz

The guide sent a message that she would be holding a white flag , as that would seem good as hundreds of tourists were there . We all looked for a white flag as there was NO WHITE FLAG . We were ripped off by this company !! As the guide told the company she had a white flag . BS !!

I’m not sure what I actually paid for. The tour was a very brief overview of the history of the tower and a ticket to the tower. In fairness we went to the summit at the guidance of our tour guide to avoid a long line which did work but I was expecting more guidance on what I was seeing from the tower. I would have just purchased a ticket for the tower and skipped the tour.

The Eiffel Tower Tour was ok, our guide was a nice guy but we felt that he didn't provide a ton of value for the added expense of the tour. Also, a few people on our tour had tickets that did not work and the guide had to take much of the time fixing that issue so we only got about 5 minutes with him on the second deck before our tour was over. Would have been just as easy to buy the tickets and tour the site ourselves.
