We were expecting e-tickets emailed to us went to tower just to find out we had to go to a remote place to meet. Nowhere h
Near the tower,needless to say we did not go in the tower.No phone to call only messaging that Noone responds to.

Excellent tour guide. Meeting location point was great. Be prepared for 10-15 minute walk to the ET. Weather makes all the difference with this tour. Memorable experience.

I would suggest not to take their services. One couple in our group for Eiffel Tower group got scammed due to being handed used tickets.
On the website, they show an address where we have to reach 15 min before visit time. There is no phone contact and no reply on message chat with the agent. Though other tickets were real the lack of transparency was not appreciated.

Activity goes to second floor not to the top....which is also fine, but I had thought we were going to the top. Guide emphasizes at the top everything looks flat; the best view is from the middle. Yes, the view was spectacular! Our guide Pepe has a great sense of humor and is friendly and kind. Learned a lot about the history of the tower and surrounding area!

Don’t book this site. Tour operator never showed up and ruined a very expensive graduation gift for our daughter. So disappointing. Terrible, terrible service from both Viator and the tour operator. Will never use this service again. I just hope Viator refunds the $300 we lost.

Kinda pricy for the experience. The tour guide was not at all engaged and just gave us the impression he didn’t want to be there. I didn’t learn anything much from the tour - he was not into the tour, nor did he make an attempt to get to know the people on the tour. The entire experience left a lot to be desired.

We struggled to locate the meeting point,after numerous attempt to reach the agent there was no response.Just like that we lost our money and the special memories we were looking forward to making,after flying all the way from South Africa.

Melanie provided a thorough description of our visit and entertained us with stories and historical details of the Eiffel Tower. We had plenty of opportunity to view the city from the 2nd level. The skip the line ticket made the visit possible for our traveling companion.

Fantastic experience! The tour was exactly as advertised. Our guide Daniela was great. She had our tickets in hand so it was a very quick and smooth process. Her guidance also quickened the process of “climbing” the tower. We also appreciated all of the history and perspective shared. Will definitely recommend!

We met Sylvia, our guide at the designated point (note: it was not at the Eiffel Tower). She gathered our group and shared interesting facts and i information about the Tower, it’s construction and history. She was very engaging and interesting. We walked to the tower and waited briefly in line and rode a lift to the 2nd floor. The view was amazing! Sylvia pointed out important landmarks and shared many interesting facts. She then left us to view the city at our leisure. We could have ridden the lift, but chose to take the stairs. It was quite a trek. We all enjoyed the tour very much and appreciated being able to get in quickly as there seemed to be extremely long lines and waits otherwise.
