- Entry is reserved at a specific time slot. Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded
- Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternate meeting points are not possible
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers from 0-99 years old

No advantage in lines really and all the information given was on placards on the wall

Easy to book and worth the time and money! Take an uber to the tour meeting spot to make sure you end up in the right location.
Emmanuel was an amazing tour guide! He was accommodating, knowledgeable and fun.
Having a guide is great explains about the tower. Our guide was very knowledgeable and nice took our picture so nice !
The walk from the meet up point wasn’t far from Eiffel Tower. Plenty of information. Tour guide (grandmother) was great. Skipping lines was also a bonus and at the top the view was tremendous. Foods expensive and so is gift shop but was expected. Would definitely recommend

You paid a discounted price on our group visit and also were provided with the services of one of our top guides and we thrive to provide quality tours which comes at a minimum cost. You were stress free during the visit and our guide facilitated all processes from start to end (different security checks)

Firstly I was late about 15 min and they waited for me! Then, Cătălina our tour guide, was wonderful, funny and knew a lot about the history of the Eiffel Tower!
Horrible . We were told to meet at a certain address on the voucher but one hour before the tour, we received a text telling us to meet at a different address. We waited and waited and no guide showed up . After we tried to call many times, finally someone answered and said the text was a mistake . We missed the tour. Horrible experience

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration at having missed the tour you had booked.
However, after reviewing the circumstances, we would like to clarify an important point. The meeting information provided by our company on your voucher was correct. Our official meeting point is 41 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, where we have a physical office and welcome our guests.
Unfortunately, for reasons that are still unclear to us, you were contacted shortly before the tour and instructed to go to a different address. Our understanding is that this communication came from another Viator supplier and not from our company.
We are equally concerned about how this could have happened. Your reservation was made with us, so you should not have received meeting instructions from another merchant. We have contacted Viator and asked them to investigate how another supplier was able to contact you and provide information that conflicted with the correct details on your voucher.
In this unfortunate situation, we believe that both you and our company have been affected: you did not receive the service you correctly booked, while we received a negative review for a tour you were unfortunately prevented from attending due to incorrect information that did not originate from us.
We therefore strongly encourage you to contact Viator as well and request a clear explanation of what happened and why you were contacted by another supplier regarding a booking that was confirmed with our company.
Once Viator has completed its investigation and clarified the issue, we sincerely hope the review can be reconsidered, as the circumstances that caused you to miss the tour were outside our control.

I contacted Viator ticket office before our Eiffel Tower visit because the weather forecast was predicting rain. I specifically asked whether it would be possible to change our time or tickets to another day, as I was concerned that the weather would affect the experience.
I was told that the tour would go ahead rain or shine, so we decided to keep our booking and attend as planned.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were then informed that access to the summit was not possible due to the weather conditions. This was extremely disappointing, particularly because I had contacted the ticket office beforehand specifically to discuss the forecast and whether changing our booking would be possible.
We were not advised that poor weather could result in the summit being closed, therefore not fulfilling their sold ticket.
I understand that weather conditions are outside Viator’s control, but I feel the communication could have been much better. Being told simply that the tour would go ahead “rain or shine” gave us the impression that the full experience we had paid for, including the summit, would still be available.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and one that could potentially have been avoided with clearer information when I contacted the ticket office beforehand.
Our guide made our trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower the best activity we did in Paris. Facts we found out about made the difference in making it a wonderful experience. Stunning view.
It was my 64th birthday so I wanted to do something special. Our tour guide was very informative. We went all the way to the top and had champagne. You could see all of Paris from the second floor. It was well worth the money. Loved it!

Tour company exceptional! We were late as the roads has been closed by the police but Nina went the extra mile to ensure that we got to the summit. We missed the guided tour as we were over 30 mins late but she walked with us to the tower and got us through security. Excellent customer service and much appreciated.

Worth every penny! We breezed past the lines and at some points we were the only ones in a room! Diane was amazing, giving us the history of the museum as well as interesting facts about the artist and paintings. Would highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Paris!.
Pascal was extremely informative and personable. He was extremely knowledgeable in the history of the tower and ensured a smooth visit.
The tower itself was amazing. The architecture, the history, the ease of getting to the top and bottom using the lifts. It was a great experience.
Highly recommend the lift tickets. We had a 7 year old and her grandmother. While the lines were long, they went quickly.
Our tour guide put us above everyone else he answered questions was kind to all, made way through crowds and didn't mind getting in Instagramers ways for the good of the group he was exactly what every tour guide should be
Arthur was full of fun tidbits about the history of France’s Iron Lady. And we breezed right in; no long waits and minimal crowds (830am was a great time to go!)
Marcela was our tour guide with Viator and she was phenomenal! While the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking on its own, Marcela’s deep knowledge and engaging storytelling elevated the entire tour. She didn’t just focus on the tower itself, she gave us wonderful context about Paris, local culture, and history that made us appreciate the city on a whole new level. Engaging, brilliant, and super friendly. Do not hesitate to book a tour with Viator.
The guide (Pascal) had a good mix of knowledge and humour, and offered additional assistance about other landmarks to visit. The price mark-up seemed slightly expensive when compared to the website cost of an entry ticket for the summit.
So happy we chose this tour! Loved everything about it and our guide, Pascal, was knowledgeable, informative and fun! We thoroughly enjoyed going up to the summit and happy that we didn’t stop at the first stop. There are toilets and a cafe at the summit. Amazing views! Words can’t even begin to express how amazing this tour was!
