We had an amazing Eiffel Tower tour, and Camile made the entire experience unforgettable. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. Her passion for the history of Paris and the Eiffel Tower really brought the tour to life, and she shared so many interesting facts and stories that we never would have learned on our own.
Camile was also very organised and made everything feel easy and stress-free, which helped us relax and fully enjoy the experience. She was happy to answer questions, kept the group entertained, and made sure everyone felt included.
Seeing the Eiffel Tower is already special, but having Camile as our guide made it even better. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris — especially if you get Camile as your guide!

This was one of the worst tour experiences we’ve ever had.
We paid over €250 for a guided Eiffel Tower experience for two adults and three children because we expected a professional guide, priority service, and a small group (maximum 10 people), exactly as advertised.
Instead:
* Our group had more than 20 people.
* The guide, Prince, was unable to obtain our tickets and spent over an hour arguing with the ticket office staff while we waited outside.
* We were travelling with three young children, and standing around for over an hour was extremely stressful.
* We were even charged for our 3-year-old child, which should not have happened.
* There was no priority entry, despite what we paid for.
* Once the issue was finally resolved, the guide simply handed us the tickets and we went up completely on our own. There was no guided tour whatsoever.
We paid a premium price for a service that we simply did not receive. The tickets alone would have cost us around €100, yet we paid more than twice that amount for absolutely no added value.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted a significant amount of our time, and was especially frustrating with three children.
I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to book directly through the official Eiffel Tower ticket system instead.

Hi mam we are so sorry for this , last week was very stressful for the company due to the tower closing and us having to reschedule a lot of people so are group sized increased in other for us to accommodate people. So sorry for this as we have planned better in the future and we are trying to avoid this .

Our guide, Prince, was nice and had some knowledge, but not a lot compared to other guides we had throughout different tours in Europe. He waited 45 minutes past our meeting time for a family who was stuck in traffic, and by the time we got in line for summit tickets and security, the summit was at capacity and we could no longer get the tickets we had paid him for. We are still awaiting our refund for that. Once we got up the Eiffel Tower, everyone wanted to enjoy the military flyover happening for Bastille Day, but our guide did not want to wait for that to finish. Instead he talked to a few of us for five minutes, giving us a little info about the city, and then said the tour was over and left. Unlike all of our other tours throughout our trip, this one left A LOT to be desired.

Worst tour ever booked with Viator. Disorganized, did not get summit tickets, guide disappeared from site. They offered to refund 15 euros which was the additional amount for the summit, which is an absolute joke because that cannot alone get you new summit tickets. Ruined the highlight of my Paris trip. Do not book this tour with Viator. Rather buy your tickets directly from the official site as there is zero preferential treatment for tourists who prebook tickets and you will at least be guaranteed a slot. Here the guide who does not even have a list of the names of people with the tickets they bought just hands out tickets to whoever asked for it. Totally unprofessional.

Hi mam , first of all we are so sorry for your experience, your tour was on the 12th which was the day the tower closed early due to the heatwave so all programs changed at the tower and they tower it self was disorganized .
You paid for second floor tickets and on site added 15€ for upgrade and since you did not get to do the upgrade we resend the 15€ . We can't give you what you did not pay for .
As you see , we have only had good reviews but due to the heatwave we are ready to take responsibility of our customers unsatisfied experience
I was very disappointed with this Eiffel Tower tour. The experience was extremely disorganized from the beginning. We waited nearly two hours just to enter the Eiffel Tower, with very little communication about what was happening. The guide seemed unsure of where to go or how to manage the group, which made the long wait even more frustrating.
I also contacted the tour company afterward to express my concerns, but they offered no meaningful assistance or resolution. Overall, this was a poor experience and not what I expected from a guided tour. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

We had little or no information due to the heat wave in Paris , the tower closed and everything became very disorganized due to the crowd inside . We are so sorry and if we knew it will cost us our company reputation we would have cancel the tour . We are known for our good quality tours but this day was disorganized and we apologize.

Booked the Eiffel Tower tour for 2pm, got emailed at 11am to inform me time had changed to 12pm as Tower was closing early, rushed around and paid money for taxi only to get there at 12pm and be told it was cancelled.
I now have a sad little boy and it made for a very stressful day.
On top of it a I haven’t been informed of a refund.

Hi mam so sorry for this experience but we will like if you leave a review it should be accurate as the tower closed on everyone due to the heatwave and you were sent a message informing you of the situation, you said you could make it for the 12am tour and was even late and it was not our fault as the tower had to cancel all tours due to the heatwave and moreover , you where refunded since yesterday.

We met our guide- Carmel- just outside one of the gates- she was so helpful in getting us through all the points and telling us some very informative information regarding the history of the Eiffel Tower which we would never have had if we didn’t book a tour.
