Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time.
With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Head straight for the elevators, enjoying direct access to the second floor. Step out with your host to take in some of the best panoramic views in Paris from the viewing platform, 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Get a basic orientation to the sights and landmarks visible from your vantage point from your host, then explore the area at your leisure. Snap photos of the Louvre, Les Invalides, Sacré Coeur, and the Champ de Mars, among other standout Parisian highlights.
After you've had your fill of the second level, if you've booked the summit access, you can proceed to the summit, where you can toast your trip with champagne from the bar (own expense) and view Gustave Eiffel's private apartments.

- Please note that a ticket is also required for children under 4 years old. Without a ticket, they will not be allowed to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please make sure to add it to your reservation when booking. Adult pricing apply to all travelers, and travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early, latecomers will not be reimbursed. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower, and meet us as 38 avenue de la Bourdonnais 75007 Paris
- In case of bad weather, maintenance, or for safety reasons, the top level of the Eiffel Tower may be closed. During peak times, the access to the venue can take some time to get through the security checkpoint
- The summit is not accessible to wheelchairs.
- If summit option is selected, please be aware that access to the summit may be restricted for travelers who use a cane or require any form of walking assistance due to mobility limitations.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

The guide itself was fine. My main issue with this tour is that two of the items I booked for, expedited access to the Eiffel Tower and access to its top floor, were not delivered. When we arrived, all elevators above the first were closed, so we waited in line for a little over an hour with two small children. That was very tough. Moreover, we could not reach the top floor because of high winds, so I paid for the extras for no reason. When I contacted the tour operator, they only offered only a 20 % discount and refused to offer a bigger discount

We had to purchase because we waited too late to get tickets. It was expensive and I had hoped for a more informative tour. One I did with friends a few years ago seemed to include a lot more information about the tower itself and also the views from the tower. Our group was quite large so I am sure that impacts the guides ability to relay information. This is basically a “get you in” tour.

Lots of walking, climbing stairs is optional. Alexander from Argentina was a fun guide! He was very helpful. Lines were long and it was hot, but the misters helped cool us off.

It should be made a little clearer that you don’t actually have tickets with the barcode that they send you, but I guess you have to read the fine print

Not as advertised at all. This isn’t a tour, the guide just shows you where the line to get in is. Very overpriced for what it is and there is no guided tour or special entrance as advertised

Meeting time is strictly 15 min before the tour time at the off site office. They were turning away anyone arriving more than 15 min prior. They will give you a colored sticker designating which tour you purchased and will divide groups according to sticker a block away, where there is space. We enjoyed a lunch prior at a nearby Cafe, just 1 minute away and a bathroom. Be sure to use toilets before the tour. The guide will escorting you through security and to the 2nd platform. If you purchase the top tour, the guide will escort you to the elevator to the top. The added cost to the top is totally worth it! Less crowded and a spectacular view! Take as much time as you want to take it all in. Once we saw that view, we had no reason to fight the crowd on the lower platforms.

Got this for my 2 daughters to go up the tower. Their guide was amazing and looked after them and went out his was to make sure they got to see everything and make sure they knew where to go to meet me after. I can’t thank him enough for that, they had amazing time highly recommend this company.

A little bit of history and information, coupled with a designated time to experience the Eiffel Tower = priceless! The meeting point is a bit out of the way, so plan ahead, but our guide Emilie was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was charged 3x the face value of each ticket by Viator. Received the actual tickets with the cost written on it. The guide was worthless and we stood in line forever. Once we got off the elevator it was a zoo. There was no special tour.

Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we missed the tour. I am sure it was fantastic. I realize it is non refundable so my poor rating is not geared toward that even though some leniency would be nice. The tour company and viator itself is very poor in communication. I reached out 24 hours in advance to let them know we may not make it as a courtesy and no response until 24 hours later when viator responded with their generic non refundable email. I am very hesitant to book through them again.
