Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time.
With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Head straight for the elevators, enjoying direct access to the second floor. Step out with your host to take in some of the best panoramic views in Paris from the viewing platform, 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Get a basic orientation to the sights and landmarks visible from your vantage point from your host, then explore the area at your leisure. Snap photos of the Louvre, Les Invalides, Sacré Coeur, and the Champ de Mars, among other standout Parisian highlights.
After you've had your fill of the second level, if you've booked the summit access, you can proceed to the summit, where you can toast your trip with champagne from the bar (own expense) and view Gustave Eiffel's private apartments.

- Please note that a ticket is also required for children under 4 years old. Without a ticket, they will not be allowed to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please make sure to add it to your reservation when booking. Adult pricing apply to all travelers, and travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early, latecomers will not be reimbursed. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower, and meet us as 38 avenue de la Bourdonnais 75007 Paris
- In case of bad weather, maintenance, or for safety reasons, the top level of the Eiffel Tower may be closed. During peak times, the access to the venue can take some time to get through the security checkpoint
- The summit is not accessible to wheelchairs.
- If summit option is selected, please be aware that access to the summit may be restricted for travelers who use a cane or require any form of walking assistance due to mobility limitations.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

I was charged 3x the face value of each ticket by Viator. Received the actual tickets with the cost written on it. The guide was worthless and we stood in line forever. Once we got off the elevator it was a zoo. There was no special tour.

Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we missed the tour. I am sure it was fantastic. I realize it is non refundable so my poor rating is not geared toward that even though some leniency would be nice. The tour company and viator itself is very poor in communication. I reached out 24 hours in advance to let them know we may not make it as a courtesy and no response until 24 hours later when viator responded with their generic non refundable email. I am very hesitant to book through them again.

I have to say this was worth it! I learned a few things about the eiffel tower I never knew and this was not my first visit. It's not too long of a tour and we had plenty of time. My brother felt taking a scheduled tour was unnecessary but I disagree. We had time to wander on our own after so I appreciate skipping the lines and having someone tell me what's what and how we should approach seeing the rest on our own.

Not everyone has treated the same. We were not given our tickets for the summit for the Eiffel Tower. And everybody else already had theirs. After the tour went back and talked to the manager and told her of our experience. And she wasn’t too concerned. Hey, you got to the top right. So it doesn’t matter how you’re treated. The only thing she said was you got to the top right. Would never recommend this to anyone.

These booking companies buy out all the passes to the Eiffel Tower and triple the charge, making it very expensive. You have to wait in a hot, crowded corridor for your “tour” to begin. Then you just walk to the tower. It really isn’t much of a tour, as they left us behind a few times and we had to go in search of them. The group never stayed together anyway. I just don’t think it’s right for all these tour groups to buy up all the tickets, only so they can increase cost and pocket the profits. The tower itself is also overcrowded and you spend most of your time waiting in long lines…to go through security, to go up to second floor, to go up top, to go back down.

Tour guide Emilio was great! Also the tour gets you through the two security checkpoints and up the lift fairly quickly. Much better than figuring it out on our own.

I’ve been to Paris and the Eiffel, however booking with a tour guide made all the difference. Our guide Sydney was great! Full of facts not only about the Eiffel Tower but also about Paris. We learned so many new things. It’s worth every penny. I would highly recommend doing this tour.

ABI WAS OUTSTANDING! we traveled with adults and 12 & 16 year old sons and her history info was engaging and riveting! The boys were still talking about it at dinner. She has been the best tour Gide we’ve had in 5 countries. She was considerate, whitty, and helped us navigate the insanely busy lines at the Tower with ease. 100 out of 10 rating.

the logistics are a bit of a hassle..you go to one office and then wait at another and then proceed to go through all of the Eiffel Tower security...

If you want to avoid the long lines, this is the way to go. The guide gives a little information at the lower level/ground floor and then you are on your own to the top.

It’s worth the extra cost for the guides to move you forward ahead of the crowds plus you get some background info on the tower. The tower itself is of course iconic. Take the elevator ride to the top…the view is amazing!

Very annoyed!
Stood out in the heat for an hour waiting for the lift
(Paris was having it’s hottest days on record.)
A woman even collapsed.
We get in then go to the second floor where we have to wait again for another lift to take us to the summit (which we paid approx $AUD300) then after about 20 minutes (at 5:45pm) they tell us the summit is now closed because of the Paris Germany soccer game!! Not happy! It normally closes at 11pm
