Jenifer is absolutely friendly and professional. She is not only the best driver you could find around Panamá, but also incredibly knowledgeable—ask her anything about the city or the country and you won’t be disappointed. She is extremely caring and makes sure you are comfortable during your transfer from the airport to Playa Blanca and back. She truly goes the extra mile: she even stopped in the city to show me around, which I highly appreciated since I wasn’t planning to stay in Panama City. Jenifer is full of joy and excitement, very reliable, and has a great sense of humor that makes you laugh. It’s rare to find a companion like this for a two-hour drive! Jennifer is. 10 out of 5 star driver! She was so friendly and energetic. She was early to the airport and met us with a huge smile and hello. The van was clean and comfortable. She was fun as heck! Told us about everything we wanted to know and more about the country and culture. Plus I rode in the third row seat and didn’t get car sick on our 2 hour drive!

The service was good. Jennifer was there with the sign with my name when we got out the airport. She communicated with us via text while in transport, so everything went smoothly when we landed. I did not feel rush since it was a shuttle bus/van, but we were privately transported to the hotel which was 2 hours away. However, there was a little miscommunication on our return flight. No one contacted is when the pick time was. We had to contact them to get the information. It worked out fine however.

We use the service for our round trip to the resort. We were met at the airport by our driver Jennifer. She was easy to identify had a brightly lit screen with my names on it.
