We had the absolute best experience with Mimoza during Carnival in Venice. The crowds were intense, but she navigated everything so smoothly and made it feel effortless. She knew exactly how to guide us through the busy streets and somehow always found the most beautiful, less crowded spots for photos. She was incredibly friendly from the start and immediately put us at ease. During our gondola ride, she truly went above and beyond …helping with poses, adjusting little details, and making sure every shot felt natural and special. We asked her so many questions throughout the session, and she was so patient and kind the entire time. What we appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel. Nothing felt rushed or forced. She has such a calm, confident energy, and it shows in her work. We genuinely loved our time with her and are so grateful for the memories she captured. We would highly, highly recommend Mimoza to anyone looking for a photographer in Venice.

Our tour guide Marina was excellent! Her English was easy to understand and her love of the Doges Palace was evident. She lives in Venice which made her insider stories even more fun. We would do the tour again with Marina because I am sure we didn't hear everything she could have told us!

We signed up for a small group tour of Venice but when the other 2 people didn't show up, it turned into a private tour with Simonetta. Honestly, lucky us! Right from the start at the tour office, Simonetta eased us in with a mini history lesson about how Venice began and why it became so powerful. It felt like the perfect warm-up before heading out into the city. She has that rare talent of making history feel alive, not like a lecture. From there, we wandered together to all the big highlights: Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Gallerie dell'Accademia, and Campanile de San Marco. Each stop came with stories, context, little details we never would’ve noticed on our own, and it wasn’t rushed — just steady, thoughtful, and full of “wow, I didn’t know that!” moments. Having Simonetta all to ourselves made it even better. She was friendly, patient, and clearly loves what she does. By the end, we felt like we understood Venice in a completely new way. If you’re looking for a tour that’s detailed but easy going, and packed with insight without feeling overwhelming, this one is a gem. And if you get Simonetta — even better!

It was a great experience to learn about Doge's Palace through a walking tour. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and she made it exciting and interesting. She had a wealth of information about Doge's Palace. She also was very flexible as some of the tourist had to stop during the tour to take a break or take a gondola ride. I highly recommend this tour for everyone who wants to know more than the average tour book.

We found this tour to be well worth the cost. The 2 1/2 hour ride from the port was in a private luxury van. We were met by Genny, our fabulous guide. As no cars are allowed in Venice, she showed us how to get around on foot and by boat. Having never been before, it was so helpful to get the lay of the land so that we were comfortable to navigate on our own for the duration of our stay. The gondola ride was a bucket list item for me. Genny provided suggestions for shops and restaurants as well. It was a lot of walking, so be prepared for that.

It was a fabulous tour! The tour guide Arelette was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. From the beginning of the tour she took care of each and everyone of us and made sure at all times that we were all having a great time. This is a beautiful tour and I would recommend to all.

Loved this small group tour! Roko was very knowledgeable and could answer any question we had. The skip the line access was amazing as the day we visited the lines for the Basillica and Doge were insanely long. I would highly recommend booking this tour.

We had an excellent tour jam packed with stories and historical information. Georgia, our enthusiastic and very knowlegable guide was wonderful and easy to understand. The tour includes lots of narrow stairs throughout the prisons and back rooms of the palace, but all have secure handrails. An excellent tour!
