Fantastic tour

This was an amazing tour. We chose the afternoon session, and our guide recommended that we should do the Lake Gatun part first, because of the traffic getting to the Miraflores visitors centre at that time of the day. That worked out perfectly, because when we got back to Miraflores, the crowds had subsided somewhat. It was somewhat of a long drive to get the boat to Lake Gatun, and the boat ride itself was somewhat crazy (very very fast and bumpy) but being on the Lake (which is part of the Panama Canal itself) was beautiful and relaxing and we passed several vessels which itself was very cool to see. We appreciated our guide Cesar very much, as he was very knowledgeable about the Lake/Canal and also was very patient in going to different spots to try to see the monkeys and literally kept calling the monkeys until we were eventually able to see 4 different species up close and feed them (one even jumped into our boat!). Back at Miraflores, we were just in time to see a huge auto cargo vessel waiting to go through the locks so we got to see the entire experience, following which we saw the IMAX movie and this too was great because we are early in the queue and the movie itself was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour!

Fun afternoon

I learned a lot! While you can visit the canal on your own the convenience of going with someone that knows what is going on is well worth it! We jumped the line and avoided many slowdowns of unsure tourists maximizing our sights. I also enjoyed the short city tour. My guide was interesting, helpful, and very well informed. Be sure to read the fine print. I missed that the ticket was not included, which greatly surprised me as that was the entire purpose of the tour. I would have preferred not to have a day of out of pocket expense.

What a great crew and boat

Fantastic experience the captain and the crew were very attentive. The food was great. I’m vegan and they made me a special dish. They took us to some very nice spots to go snorkeling. The boat was much larger than I thought and in good condition and everyone seemed passionate about the work they were doing.

Easiest and most comfortable way to see the canal.

This is an easy, comfortable way to experiece the canal for family members of all ages. We spent all of our time on the upper deck where viewing was best, but the airconditioned areas on the lower decks also offered good viewing. Breakfast and lunch were basic but both were quite good and made with fresh ingredients. Our tour guide was very knowledable about all aspects of the canals history and current operations. On the whole, an excellent experience.

I would definitely do this again! The waterfall was amazing!!! My favorite experience while visiting Panama . The water felt sooooo good and refreshing . Meeting the indigenous and experiencing being in their community felt so welcoming and Learning about their culture and eating their food was unforgettable. Alex did a great job at being hands on with each of us on the tour and helped with taking photos of everyone while at the waterfall and in the community. He was very patient with everyone! I would highly recommend.

Perfect half day adventure

Our tour with Dennis was wonderful. He took us to the old old town San Felipe first. He took us through the museum there. And then we explored a bit on our own including climbing up the tower. Dennis deftly navigated traffic and timed our visit to the MiraFlora locks in time for the film and to see a ship pass through. You do have to climb some stairs to get on the bleachers to see the locks. And squeeze in if it is a busy time. After we made our way to the Amador causeway. Dennis is self-taught in English and it's just amazing how well he speaks it. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and our day with Dennis. We highly recommend his company.

Great experience. Eric, Rico, Allison Matthew and Miguel all did a fantastic job keeping things entertaining. There was a good variety of music, the drinks were decent quality and we were entertained the entire time from Panama City to Taboga. Didn’t even realize how long the ride was. The first stop at the back of the island was nice and secluded and we all decided to take advantage and jump in the open bay (water was a little chilly but tolerable). For the non swimmers they have noodles and life vests and there wasn't much current at all. The island was nice and there were 2 sides to the beach, one was calm and the other had more waves so it was a good balance. Drinks and food are cheap on the island. Overall great experience, personable & experienced crew with good vibes & drinks and an ok lunch.

This was an incredible experience. Our guide, Oscar, was so friendly and personable.
